Mahatma Gandhi declared that British rule was established in India with the cooperation of Indians and if they had refused to cooperate, British rule in India would have been collapsed within a year. He proposed that the movement should unfold in stages. It should begin with the surrendering of titles that the government had awarded to the Indians. A boycott of civil services, army, police, courts and legislative assemblies, schools and foreign goods would show their non-cooperation to the British Empire. Mahatma Gandhi felt that in case the government used suppression, a full civil disobedience campaign would be launched.

Yes, it is a kind of mutualism. But, the bee seems to derive not much benefit from the relation. The bee is rather being deceived by the orchid petals into pollinating it's mature microspores by pseudo copulating with the petal.

The countries of the Middle-East may have very high Per Capita Income due to revenues from crude oil, but they are otherwise not developed in each sector (except Israel). Their literacy rate, life expectancy at birth and other similar parameters do not match those of developed countries of the West. The probable reason is that they have become rich nations recently due to a sharp increase in the price of oil, but their society has not developed accordingly. Most of the wealth is accumulated in a few hands, i.e. there is an unequal distribution of wealth. The gap between the poor and rich is very wide in these countries. They are not developed because they lack other developmental facilities such as health care facilities, education, etc.

In short because only PCI is not the criterion for ranking a country but also the healthcare and education, which are not actually developed or offered to its citizens by some countries. that's why they are not developed.

The Raikas were found in the deserts of Rajasthan. The rainfall in the region was uncertain and poor. Hence, the Raikas combined cultivation with pastoralism. During the monsoons, the Raikas of Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Bikaner stayed in their home villages, where pasture was available. By October, when these grazing grounds were dry, they moved out in search of other pasture and water and returned again during the next monsoon. One group of Raikas, known as the Maru (desert) Raikas, herded camels and another group reared sheep and goat. They mainly lived in Thar desert near Jaisalmer.
