A square is a special case of many lower symmetry quadrilaterals: ... A quadrilateral with four equal sides and four right angles. A parallelogram with one right angle and two adjacent equal sides. A rhombus with a right angle.

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 1 month ago (2898529)

A square is a quadrilateral because it has four sides.

It is a regular quadrilateral because all four sides and angles are equal.

Explanation:

A quadrilateral is any figure with four sides.

Let's take for example a rectangle (because we have to prove it with squares), it has four sides, so it's a quadrilateral.

And as well as a square has four sides, kites, parallelograms, rhombuses, etc. are also quadrilaterals

Cross aldol condensation:- A crossed aldol condensation uses two different aldehyde and/or ketone reactants. Such reactions usually give a mixture of multiple condensation products, because there are two or more possible enolate nucleophiles, and two different carbonyl electrophiles.

Swadha Mishra 5 years, 1 month ago (6905592)

Aldol condensation is a reaction that results in the formation of a carbon-carbon bond when an enol (or enolate) molecule reacts with an aldehyde (or ketone). A great way to remember the basics of an aldol condensation is to look more closely at each term, aldol and condensation. Aldol is a molecule that consists of an aldehyde, represented by the prefix 'al-', and an alcohol group, represented by the suffix '-ol.'

Baliyan ? 5 years, 1 month ago (9948348)

And what's cross Aldol Condensation?

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 1 month ago (2898529)

Aldehydes having αhydrogen undergo self condersation on warming with dilute or mild base to give p-hydroxy aldahydes called aldols. This reaction is called aldol condersation

Sea stars are important members of the marine environment and are considered a keystone species. A keystone species preys on animals that have no other natural predators and if they are removed from the environment, their prey will increase in number and may drive out other species. As an echinoderm, a starfish has amazing powers of regeneration. One of his best defenses against predators is his ability to drop off an arm that's grasped in a predator's mouth. Assuming the predator doesn't bite off the arm, the starfish can intentionally separate it from his body to aid his escape.

Fehling’s solution is a deep blue alkaline solution which is used to identify the presence of aldehydes or groups that contain any aldehyde functional group -CHO and in addition with Tollen’s reagent to differentiate between reducing and non-reducing sugars. Fehling’s solution is also used to differentiate a ketone group and water-soluble carbohydrates.

 Let u & v be the velocity of the two trains named A & B.

While overtaking the relative velocity of train A with respect to B = u - v.

While crossing, the relative velocity of train A with respect to B = u + v.

Total distance to be travelled by Train A while crossing = 100 + 100 = 200.

So,

20 = 200 ÷ u-v

=> u - v = 10....1)

Also,

10 = 200 ÷ u + v

=> u + v = 20.......2)

On solving the equation 1 & 2, we get;

u = 15 M/S of the train A / First Train.

v= 5 M/S of the train B / Second Train.

ANSWER Let the income of first-person be Rs 9x and the income of the second person be Rs. 7x. Further, let the expenditures of the first and second person be 4y and 3y respectively. Then, Saving of first-person =9x−4y Saving of second person =7x−3y ∴9x−4y=200⇒9x−4y−200=0 (i) and, 7x−3y−200⇒7x−3y−200=0 .(ii) Solving equation (i) and (ii) by cross-multiplication, we have (−4×−200)−(−3×−200) x = (−200×−9)−(−200×−7) −y = (9×−3)−(7×−4) 1 800−600 x = −1800+1400 −y = −27+28 1 ⇒x=200 and y=400 Thus, monthly income of first person =Rs. 9x= Rs. (9×200)= Rs. 1800 and, monthly income of second person =Rs. 7x=Rs. (7×200)=Rs. 1400

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 1 month ago (2898529)

Let their salaries/income be 9x and 7x
let their expenditure be 4y and 3y

so,

ATQ
9x-4y=200—(1)
7x-3y=200—(2)

so,

from (1)
x=(200+4y)/9—(3)

put x in (2)
7[(200+4y)/9]-3y=200
(1400+28y)/9-3y=200
(1400+28y-27y)/9=200
y+1400=1800
y=400

now put y in (3)
x=(200+4×400)/9
x=(200+1600)/9
x=1800/9
x=200

so,
salary of first person=9×200=1800 rs
salary of second person=7×200=1400 rs
