A person's cultural traditions and the language he speaks identify him as a member of a certain nation. The language, as well as traditional behaviours, typically develop and become established over hundreds of years. They provide an individual with a sense of self-identity regardless of where he is.Language is an essential component of human interaction. Humans are the only species that have perfected cognitive verbal communication, despite the fact that all species have ways of communicating.

The main stem of the Ganges begins at the town of Devprayag,[1] at confluence of the Alaknanda, which is the source stream in hydrology because of its greater length, and the Bhagirathi, which is considered the source stream in Hindu mythology.[1] The Ganges is a lifeline to millions of people who live in its basin and depend on it for their daily needs.[8] It has been important historically, with many former provincial or imperial capitals such as Pataliputra,[9] Kannauj,[9] Kara, Munger, Kashi, Patna, Hajipur, Delhi, Bhagalpur, Murshidabad, Baharampur, Kampilya, and Kolkata located on its banks or the banks of tributaries and connected waterways. The river is home to approximately 140 species of fish, 90 species of amphibians, and also reptiles and mammals, including critically endangered species such as the gharial and South Asian river dolphin.[10] The Ganges is the most sacred river to Hindus.[11] It is worshipped as the goddess Ganga in Hinduism.[12] The Ganges is threatened by severe pollution. This poses a danger not only to humans but also to animals. The levels of fecal coliform bacteria from human waste in the river near Varanasi are more than a hundred times the Indian government's official limit.[10] The Ganga Action Plan, an environmental initiative to clean up the river, has been considered a failure[a][b][13] which is variously attributed to corruption, a lack of will in the government, poor technical expertise,[c] environmental planning[d] and a lack of support from religious authorities.[e]

Fundamental rights in India are the rights guaranteed under Part III (Articles 12-35) of the Constitution of India. There are six fundamental rights (Article 12 - 35) recognised by the Indian constitution : the right to equality (Articles 14-18), the right to freedom (Articles 19-22), the right against exploitation (Articles 23-24), the right to freedom of religion (Articles 25-28), cultural and educational rights (Articles 29-30) and the right to constitutional remedies (Article 32 and 226).[1] While the Constitution also creates other rights, such as the Right to Property, they are not fundamental rights. In cases of fundamental rights violations, the Supreme Court of India can be directly petitioned under Article 32 of the Constitution. The Rights have their origins in many sources, including England's Bill of Rights, the United States Bill of Rights and France's Declaration of the Rights of Man.and Rights of women Fundamental rights for Indians have also been aimed at overturning the inequalities of pre-independence social practices. Specifically, they have also been used to abolish untouchability and thus prohibit discrimination on the grounds of religion, race, caste, gender or place of birth. They also forbid trafficking of human beings and forced labour (a crime). They also protect cultural and educational rights of religious establishments. Right to property was changed from fundamental right to legal right.
