Power sharing is true spirit of democracy because:

  1. It helps to reduce the possibility of conflict between social groups.
  2. It is a good way to ensure the stability of the political order.
  3. A democratic rule involves sharing power with those affected by its exercise, and who have to live with its effects.
  4. Here, people have a right to be consulted on how they are to be governed. Thus, a legitimate government is one where citizens, through participation, acquire a stake in the system.
  5. These are the moral reasons which emphasise that the very act of power sharing is valuable.

Phylum Porifera are the lowest multicellular animals belonging to the kingdom Animalia. The word “Porifera” mainly refers to the pore bearers or pore bearing species. Based on the embryological studies, sponges are proved as animals and are classified into a separate Phylum in animals. This phylum includes about 5000 species. Poriferans are pore-bearing first multicellular animals. The pores are known as Ostia. The poriferans have a spongy appearance and are therefore called sponges. They are attached to the substratum and do not move. They have the ability to absorb and withhold fluids. They were initially regarded as plants due to their green colour and their symbiotic relationship with algae. Later, their life cycle and feeding system were discovered, and they were included in the animal kingdom.

Ayush Singh 3 years, 5 months ago

Number of atoms in 0.4 mole of compound = 0.4 x 6.022 x 10²³ = 2.4088 x 10²³ Number of octahedral voids = Number of atoms in close packing = 2.4088 x 10²³ Number of terahedral voids = 2 x No. of atoms in close packing = 2 x 2.4088 x 10²³ = 4.8176 x 10²³ Total number of voids = 2.4088 x 10²³ + 4.8176 x 10²³ = 7.2264 x 10²³.
