Four major problems faced by cotton textile mills in India. 1. The yarn in India is produced by small industries and units which largely cater to local markets. Elements of Yoga : Yoga is not a mechanical process but a thoughtful process. The main purpose of yoga is to provide a sound body with tension free and sound mind. The ultimate aim of yoga is" self-identification and self perfection which comes through self realization and self purification. According to Patanjali, Yoga consists of 8 (eight) stages to achieve the union of Atma with Parmatma. Patanjali outlines a complete eight fold path that deals with all elements of Yoga in our life inwardly and outwardly.
The elements of Yoga are :
(i) Yama : These are the basic principles, codes of ethics or restraints such as honesty, non-violence, non-stealing and non-possessiveness. These are universal commandments. These restraints are meant to prevent a person from indulging in undesirable worldly activities.
(ii) Niyam : These are basic principles for self, like a healthy body, hygienic habits, proper diet, sleep, rest, work routine, etc. This is a self moral code of discipline. We call it lifestyle development.
(iii) Asana : These are slow stretching activities performed to improve the whole body fitness. Asanas are the postures which keep the body healthy, balanced and helps it in maintaining harmony with nature.
(iv) Pranayama : This is a systematic and rythmic control of breathing, performed to improve the functioning of the body. It is a breathing exercise which includes breath in, retention and breath out and then relax.

Let the tens place digit be x.

And the units place digit be y.

According to the Question,

⇒ xy = 18

⇒ y = 18/x .....(i)

And, (10x + y) - 63 = 10y + x

⇒ 9x - 9y = 63

⇒ x - y = 7 .... (ii)

Putting y's value in Eq (ii), we get

⇒ x - 18/x = 7

⇒ x² - 18 = 7x

⇒ x² - 7x - 18 = 0

⇒ x² - 9x + 2x - 18 = 0

⇒x(x - 9) + 2(x - 9) = 0

⇒ (x - 9) (x + 2) = 0

⇒ x - 9 = 0 or x + 2 = 0

⇒ x = 9, - 2 (As x can't be negative)

⇒ x = 9

Putting x's value in Eq (i), we get

⇒ xy = 18

⇒ 9y = 18

⇒ y = 18/9

⇒ y = 2

Number = 92

Hence, the required number is 92.

Humanism was a restoration of true civilization after the Dark Age that had set in after the fall of the Roman Empire.

The main features of humanism are given below.

1. Humanism stressed on the individual skills. A person with many skills and interests have been referred to as the Renaissance man. The emerging belief in individual potential helped to identify a town by its citizens.

2. The Humanist thought had a very different idea of history. According to this thought only humanism could revive the long past true civilisation. This revival would enable to end the Dark Age that Europe was then passing through.

3. The establishment of the New Age would mark an end to the period of the supremacy of the Church. The basis of humanism is naturalism, which is antithetical to the beliefs of Christianity.

4. Humanism revived the classical Greek literature. The works of Aristotle and Plato were translated. Along with these subjects modern faculties such as chemistry, mathematics, natural science and astronomy also became a part of the college curriculum.

5. Not only formal education but also art, architecture and books were effective mediums of transmitting humanist ideas. Drawing realistic paintings and sculpting perfectly proportioned figures of men and women were expressions of humanism. Painters and sculptors started to rely on anatomy, geometry and physics to recreate reality.
