Visit to Sanchi Stupa
Anita,
Kendriya Vidyalaya, March 10, 2017
A trip was organised by the History society of our school to one of the most well-known historical place, Sanchi Stupa, on March 08, 2017. The trip included a group of twenty students taken to the place by the school bus. We were also accompanied by the historian, Mr. Akash Verma, who made us familiar with the historical presence of the monument. Sanchi Stupa is an important place for Biddhist pilgrims. Stated to be the world heritage site, its nucleus is a simple hemispherical brick structure built over the relics of the Buddha. Sanchi Stupas are noteworthy for their gateways as they contain ornamented depiction of incidents from the life of Buddha and his previous incarnations as Bodhisattvas described in Jataka tales. It is one of the most wonderful structures of ancient India. It has been included by the UNESCO as one of the heritage site of the sworld. It is a fine example of the development of the Buddhist architecture. After the visit, a lunch was organised for the students in a restaurant named 'Fine Dine' situated near the monument. The bus returned to the school at around 6:00 PM. The trip was the amalgamation of knowledge and fun.

Depends on you, and your level of preparation by now. Whatever may it be, you can do much much more as 2 months are good enough for CBSE.
1. For Physics, focus on NCERTs and past year papers. Derivations are crucial low hanging fruits. Churn them out from scratch, as if you’re explaining it to someone else. Don’t miss a step. Read, understand, and write till you can derive the equations/theorems from scratch.
2. For Chemistry, Focus only and only on NCERTs. For chapters like surface chemistry, p-block, polymers, everyday life and stuff like that, you really need to know the chapter to its utmost details. There must not be a single line which you miss out while studying. Yet, some parts would require knowing which is not in NCERTs, like in the chapter of Solid State, structures of ionic compounds is not given in detail (rock salt, zinc blende); yet, CBSE has asked it many times. So, past year papers are of great help to practice. Also making notes for chemistry is extremely helpful, and I cannot stress this more. I scored 100/100 in Chemistry, and I hope this adds some credibility to my answer.
3. For Maths, you need to know beyond the NCERTs to score well. R.D Sharma is more than sufficient. But, just don’t entangle yourself into the huge collection of problems in R.D Sharma. You need to respect the fact that you’ve woken up quite late. There’s absolutely no time to master each and every concept. Focus on practicing the solved examples. That would do. Also, don't forget the past year papers.

Cost price 73440 profit 8% .find the sp and profit
% Profit = Profit/cp × 100
8 = Profit/73440 × 100
8 × 7344/ 10 = profit
Profit = 5,875.20
SP = CP + Profit
= 73440 + 5,875.20
= 79,315.2

ANSWER
The DNA copies are produced during the process of cellular division. The new DNA copies which are synthesised during replication may not be identical to the original one, This may be due to the introduction of the mutations during the replication process. Mutations are random genetic changes. There are repair mechanisms which correct the mutations incorporated in the DNA. However, there many be some errors which remain in the new DNA. So, it is not necessary that the copies may be identical at times.

ANSWER:
The resources should be equitably distributed for the benefit of every individual who is a part of the society. The equal distribution will allow the flow of the resources in every generation and will make sure that everyone makes sustainable use of the resources. The resources should not be exploited by anyone. The forces acting against such type of distribution are 1. Huge amount of resources in the hands of certain people and 2. limited amount of resources available in the nature.

The rules for writing of distribution of electrons in various shells for the first eighteen elements are:
(i) The maximum number of electrons present in a shell is formula—2n2
n = orbit number i.e., 1, 2, 3
Maximum number of electrons in different shells are:
K shell n = 1 2n2 ⇒ 2(1)2 = 2
L shell n = 2 2n2 ⇒ 2(2)2 = 8
M shell n = 3 2n2 ⇒ 2(3)2 = 18
N shell n = 4 2n2 ⇒ 2(4)2 = 32
(ii) The maximum number of electrons that can be accommodated in the outermost orbit is 8.
(iii) Electrons are not accommodated in a given shell unless the inner shells are filled. (Shells are filled step-wise).

perceptions each employee holds about his workplace. Depending on the personality of the worker, the communication level of coworkers and managers and the overall workplace environment, the way employees perceive their jobs can be quite different from what actually exists. Further, the way managers perceive employee working conditions can differ greatly from what workers actually deal with. It is important that managers and owners invest time and other resources in making perceptions and reality line up at work.

The centre of gravity of a body is that point where the total gravitational torque on the body is zero. The centre of gravity of the body coincides with the centre of mass in uniform gravity or gravity-free space. If g varies from part to part of the body, then the centre of gravity and centre of mass will not coincide.

Prophet Muhammad attained salvation in 632 CE. After his death, there was no one, who could legitimately claim to be the next Prophet of Islam. No rule was made regarding the institution. That’s why after his death Islamic authority was transferred to the Ulema. In this way, the institution of Caliphate was created.

Let's assume side of equilateral triangle is 5 cm.
Steps of construction :
1) Draw a line segment AB of length 5 cm.
2) Taking 5 cm as radius, and A as centre, draw an arc.
3) Taking 5 cm as radius, and B as centre, draw another arc.
4) Let C be the point where the two arcs intersect . Join AC and BC and label the sides.
Thus, △ ABC is the required equilateral triangle.
Justification :
By construction, AB = AC = BC (Radius of equal arcs)
Since, all sides are equal , therefore, △ ABC is an equilateral triangle

Note: Take 5 cm in Image
