The radius of a circle is perpendicular to the tangent drawn at the circumference of the circle. In case of light ray passing through the centre of curvature or along the radius, it falls perpendicular to the curvature of the mirror, hence angle of incidence becomes 0° and as per the first law of reflection, angle of reflection also becomes 0°. In this way the light ray retraces it's original path.
