It will not affect

Perpetual Succession Company is a legal entity separate of its owners or members. It can be brought to an end only by law as it is created by the law. It will only cease to exist when a specific procedure for its closure, called winding up, is completed. Members may come and go, but the company continues to exist through consecutive succession of old members by new members on a continuous basis. We can say that ‘perpetual succession’ implies permanent existence which is not affected by death, retirement insolvency of members.

Skeletal muscle is a voluntary muscle, which means that we can actively control its function. It's attached to the bone and forms a distinct organ of muscle tissue, blood vessels, tendons, and nerves that covers our bones and allows movement.

The functional unit of a skeletal muscle fiber is the sarcomere, a highly organized arrangement of the contractile myofilaments actin (thin filament) and myosin (thick filament), along with other support proteins.

The division of labor is a mark of urban life. There must be a social organization in place. Organized trade and storage is needed because of need of various raw materials for manufacturers in the city. Many different activities need to be coordinated. In such a system, some people give commands that other obey. Urban economies often require keeping of written records.

TVC, TC, and TFC curves in a single diagram.

(i) TC is divided into two parts TFC and TVC such that TC = TFC + TVC.
(ii) TFC is the overhead cost and it remains constant or fixed whatever be the level of output. TFC curve is a horizontal line parallel to the x-axis.
(iii) TVC is cost due to increased use of variable factors like raw material, labour, etc. TVC is inverse S-shaped starting from the origin due to law of variable proportion.
(iv) TC is aggregate of TFC and TVC. TC curve is inverse S-shaped starting from the level of fixed cost. The reason behind it shape is the law of variable proportion.

As we increase the level of output, the difference between ATC and AVC decreases because ATC = AFC + AVC and Total Fixed Cost remain constant at all levels of output, but with rise in level of output, AFC decreases. That's why the difference between ATC and AVC decreases with rise in level of output. The difference between the average total cost (ATC or AC) and the average variable cost (AVC) lies due to the average fixed cost incurred by the firm. Thus, ATC and AVC can never be equal at any level of output

Census method refers to the complete enumeration of a universe. A universe may be a place, a group of people or a specific locality through which we collect the data. Census method is necessary in some cases like population census, Agriculture Census, animal census etc for gaining vast knowledge. But in contrary this & method is not applicable as well as needed to some social problems because it is costly and time consuming. It is difficult to study the whole universe because financially aid requires for it to complete the study. For this purpose we use sampling method to pick up a simple from the whole universe. Census method is perplex and take more time in data collection.

Advantages & Disadvantages of Census Method

Following are the advantages and disadvantages of census method of data collection

Advantages of Census Method of Data Collection

Intensive Study

Data collection through census method gives opportunity to the investigator to have an intensive study about a problem study about a problem. The investigator gathers a lot of knowledge through this method.

Higher Degree of Accuracy

In this method there would be higher degree of accuracy in data. No other method is accurate like census method when the universe is small.

Suitable for Heterogeneous Units

This method is also applicable for units having heterogeneity or difference.

Indispensable in Some Cases

In certain cases this method is very important and suitable to be used for data collection. Without this method the study of a universe remains uncompleted.

Disadvantages of Census Method of Data Collection

Inconvenient

This method is inconvenient because it take much time, money and set of industrial organizations.

Possible in Few Cases

This method is possible only in few cases of data collection.

Possible in Limited Circumstances

This method is possible only in limited universe it requires not vast area to study.

Time & Labour Consuming

It is much time and labour consuming. It requires a lot of people to involve in data collection.

More Statistical Errors

Data collected through this method would have more statistical errors.

Census method of data collection is helpful only in an area where inquiry is limited, more time and finance available and data have high degree of accuracy otherwise not.

"Albert Einstein in School" provides us with a rare insight into the younger years of Einstein. Even as a child Einstein's notions were quite progressive. His miserable years at school revealed how a talented creative mind feels trapped and cloistered in the rigid system of education. The classroom had no place for individual aspirations, brilliance or aptitude. One should try to analyze the given scenario and always ask the question "why". However, these notions of Einstein were not understood by anyone, except his Mathematics teacher. Einstein felt trapped in this situation and hated going to school.  He did not compromise and adjust to the system of education which encouraged learning without understanding. For him, ideas were more important than facts. He was expelled from school for his views which did not match the existing pattern. The reader gets to see a glimmer of the future genius through this biography of Einstein.
