Criminal justice system is the ‘body of law’ or ‘Court’ regulating the inquiry into whether a person has violated criminal law or not.

criminal procedure in the Criminal Justice System in India:
A crime is first reported by the victim to the Police and the police file a FIR or First Information Report. Then the police begin the investigation and arrest the suspected person or persons. The police then file a charge sheet in the Magistrate’s Court. The trial begins in court. The Public Prosecutor represents the victim and the accused can defend themselves with the help of a lawyer. Once the trial is over the accused is either convicted or acquitted. If convicted, the accused can appeal to the higher court.

Ladakh is an important trade center located 160 miles (260 km) east of Srinagar. The climate of Ladakh is cold and dry. Average annual precipitation is roughly 3 inches (80 mm); fine, dry, flaked snow is frequent and sometimes falls heavily.Due to its high altitude, Ladakh is always freezing cold and dry for most of the year. The air is so thin that you can feel the sun's heat intensely. In summers, the temperature during the day is just above zero degrees and the night temperature is much below -30°C.

Calculate the amount and compound interest on Rs 8,000 for 1 year at 9% per annum compounded half yearly.

<hr />

Here P = Rs 8000,   T = 1 year,    R = 9% p.a.

Interest is compounded half yearly,

∴       T = 1 year = 2 half years

         R = 9% p.a.=  half yearly

∵         Amount =

                     = Rs 8000

                     = Rs.

                     = Rs

             CI = Rs 8736.20 - Rs 8000

                     = Rs 736.20

Proportional representation is in small country ,in which people choose more than one representative . voter votes for party. Who win the election get majority of votes.

Meghna Thapar 5 years, 1 month ago (6237)

Proportional representation is a system used to elect a country's government. If no party wins over 50% of the vote, then a coalition government usually has to be formed, where a government is formed from two or more different political parties, who together have over 50% of the seats in parliament. Voting at Presidential, Dáil, Seanad, European and local elections is by secret ballot on the principle of proportional representation (PR) in multi-seat constituencies (Ireland is a single constituency at a Presidential election), each elector having a single transferable vote (STV).

A palindromic prime (sometimes called a palprime) is a prime number that is also a palindromic number.

Given a number n, print all palindromic primes smaller than or equal to n. For example, If n is 10, the output should be “2, 3, 5, 7′. And if n is 20, the output should be “2, 3, 5, 7, 11′.

Idea is to generate all prime numbers smaller than or equal to given number n and checking every prime number whether it is palindromic or not.
