The French Revolution was a milestone episode in modern European history. It began in the year 1789 and ended in the late 1790s with the rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. All through that time, residents of France were levelling and restructuring their country’s administrative landscape, uprooting centuries-old foundations such as sheer monarchy and the feudal system. The turmoil was caused due to extensive discontent with the monarchy and the pitiable economic policies of King Louis XVI. The French Revolution played a critical role in shaping modern nations by showing its goals and at times disintegrated into a chaotic bloodbath. The social and political structure of France was completely changed due to this revolution. It came to an end to the French feudalism, monarchy and took political power from the Catholic Church. It brought new ideas to Europe including liberty and freedom for the commoner as well as the abolishment of slavery and the rights of women. These new ideas continued to influence Europe and helped to shape many of Europe's modern-day governments.

An acute-angled triangle is a type of triangle in which all the three internal angles of the triangle are acute, that is, they measure less than 90°
An acute angle triangle (or acute-angled triangle) is a triangle in which all the interior angles are acute angles. To recall, an acute angle is an angle that is less than 90°.
Example: Consider ΔABC in the figure below. The angles formed by the intersection of lines AB, BC and CA are ∠ABC, ∠BCA, and ∠CAB, respectively. We can see that,
∠ABC = ∠B = 75°
∠BCA = ∠C = 65°
∠BAC = ∠A = 40°

If all the internal angles of a triangle are less than 90 degrees is called an acute angle triangle.
Properties of Acute Triangles
- All equilateral triangles are acute triangles. An equilateral triangle has three sides of the same length and three angles of the equal measure, i.e. 60°
- Opposite the highest angle is the longest side of an acute triangle
- Acute triangles can be isosceles, equilateral, or scalene

In a democratic country, two categories make up the executive. One that is elected by the people for a specific period, is called the political executive. Political leaders who take the big decisions fall in this category. In the second category, people are appointed on a long-term basis. This is called the permanent executive or civil services. Persons working in civil services are called civil servants. They remain in office even when the ruling party changes. These officers work under political executive and assist them in carrying out the day-to-day administration.

SQUARE ROOTS BY LONG DIVISION METHOD - LAW

(i) First we make the pair of the digits starting from the digit's at one's place.
For making the pair place a bar over every pair of digits.
If the number of digits in it odd, then the left-most single digit will have a bar.
(ii) Find the largest number whose square is less than or equal to the number under the extreme left bar.
Take this number as the divisor and the number under the extreme left bar as dividend.
Divide and get the remainder.
(iii) To the right of the remainder place the number that is under the next bar.
(iv) Now double the divisor and enter it with blank on its right.
(v) Think a largest possible digit to fill the blank which will also become the new digit in the quotient such that when the new divisor is multiplied to the new quotient the product is less than or equal to the dividend.
(vi) Repeat these steps till get the remainder 0 and no digits are left in the given number.

Copper is a reactive metal. In a process called oxidation, copper reacts slowly in the presence of oxygen, resulting in copper oxide. This is what we call tarnish, which is generally perceived as a brown or black coloration on the surface. Copper reacts with moist carbon dioxide in air to form copper carbonate and as a result, copper vessel loses its shiny brown surface forming a green layer of copper carbonate.

A rectangle is a quadrilateral with all four angles right angles.
From this definition, you can prove that the opposite sides are parallel and of the same lengths. A rectangle can be tall and thin, short and fat or all the sides can have the same length.
Definition: A square is a quadrilateral with all four angles right angles and all four sides of the same length.
So a square is a special kind of rectangle, it is one where all the sides have the same length. Thus every square is a rectangle because it is a quadrilateral with all four angles right angles. However not every rectangle is a square, to be a square its sides must have the same length.l
