A protein called coat protein II (COPII; green) forms vesicles that transport from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to the Golgi. A different protein called coat protein I (COPI; red) forms vesicles for transport in the other direction, from the Golgi to the ER. COPI also forms vesicles for intra-Golgi transport.

Short Text (formerly Text) is a simple data type. A field with this data type is limited to a maximum of 255 characters in length, which is controlled by field size. It's a good idea to consider the actual length of the data that will be used in that field and set the field size accordingly.
A Long Text field can be useful for storing large amounts of information, such as notes, comments, and descriptions. The Long Text data type stores up to 65,536 alphanumeric characters and supports rich text formatting, such as different colors, fonts, and highlighting.
Numeric data types are numbers stored in database columns. These data types are typically grouped by: Exact numeric types, values where the precision and scale need to be preserved. The exact numeric types are INTEGER , BIGINT , DECIMAL , NUMERIC , NUMBER , and MONEY .
AutoNumber is a type of data used in Microsoft Access tables to generate an automatically incremented numeric counter. It may be used to create an identity column which uniquely identifies each record of a table. Only one AutoNumber is allowed in each table. The data type was called Counter in Access 2.0.
The TIME data type consists of a time in hour, minutes, seconds, optional fractions of a second, and optional time zone. (Optional) Indicates the number of digits of precision in the fractions of seconds, as an integer value from 0 to 9.

This statement is related to the merits and demerits of a partnership form of business organization.
Merits are:
- Balanced decision making: The partners can oversee different functions according to their areas of expertise. Because an individual is not forced to handle different activities, this not only reduces the burden of work but also leads to fewer errors in judgements. As a consequence, decisions are likely to be more balanced.
- Sharing of Risks: The risks involved in running a partnership firm are shared by all the partners. This reduces the anxiety, burden and stress on individual partners.
Demerits are:
- Limited Resources: There is a restriction on the number of partners, and hence contribution in terms of capital investment is usually not sufficient to support large scale business operations. As a result, partnership firms face problems in expansion beyond a certain size.
- Possibility of Conflicts: Partnership is run by a group of persons wherein decision-making authority is shared. The difference in opinion on some issues may lead to disputes between partners. Further, decisions of one partner are binding on other partners. Thus an unwise decision by someone may result in financial ruin for all others.

According to the question,
Radius of the cones= r
Height of the upper cone= h
Height of the lower cone= H
Volume of the upper cone {tex}= \frac { 1 } { 3 } \pi r ^ { 2 } h{/tex}
Volume of the lower cone {tex}= \frac { 1 } { 3 } \pi r ^ { 2 } H{/tex}
Total volume of both the cones {tex}= \frac { 1 } { 3 } \pi r ^ { 2 } h + \frac { 1 } { 3 } \pi r ^ { 2 } H{/tex}
{tex}= \frac { 1 } { 3 } \pi r ^ { 2 } ( h + H ){/tex}
The quantity of water displaced by the cones = The total volume of both the cones
therefore,
The quantity of water displaced will be {tex}\frac { 1 } { 3 } \pi r ^ { 2 } ( h + H ) \text { units } ^ { 3 }{/tex}

Here, ∠PQR=100∘
Take a point S in the major arc. Join PS and RS.

{tex}\because{/tex} PQRS is a cyclic quadrilateral.
{tex}\therefore \angle \mathrm { PQR } + \angle \mathrm { PSQ } = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
|The sum of either pair of opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180o
{tex}\Rightarrow 100 ^ { \circ } + \angle P S R = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle P S R = 180 ^ { \circ } - 100 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle P S R = 80 ^ { \circ }{/tex} ......... (1)
Now, {tex}\angle \mathrm { POR } = 2 \angle \mathrm { PSR }{/tex}
|The angle subtended by an arc at the centre is double the angle subtended by it at any point on the remaining part of the circle
{tex}= 2 \times 80 ^ { \circ } = 160 ^ { \circ }{/tex} ........ (2) |Using (1)
In {tex}\triangle O P R{/tex}
{tex}\because O P = O R{/tex} |Radii of a circle
{tex}\therefore \angle \mathrm { OPR } = \angle \mathrm { ORP }{/tex} ....... (3)
|Angles opposite to equal sides of a triangle are equal
In {tex}\triangle O P R{/tex}
{tex}\angle O P R + \angle O R P + \angle P O R = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex} | Sum of all the angles of a triangle is 180o
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle \mathrm { OPR } + \angle \mathrm { OPR } + 160 ^ { \circ } = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex} |Using (2) and (1)
{tex}\Rightarrow 2 \angle O P R + 160 ^ { \circ } = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow 2 \angle O P R = 180 ^ { \circ } - 160 ^ { \circ } = 20 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle \mathrm { OPR } = 10 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
