Given, a4 = 0
a + (n - 1)d = 0 [n = 4]
a + 3d = 0
a = -3d
From LHS, a25 = a + (n - 1)d
= a + (25 - 1)d
= a + 24d [∵∵ a = -3d]
= -3d + 24d = 21d
From RHS, a11 = a + (n - 1)d
= a + (11 - 1)d = a + 10d [∵∵ a = -3d]
= -3d + 10d
= 7d
∴∴ Hence, a25 = 3 ×× a11
