This process of formation of embryo sac from a single megaspore is termed as Monosporic development.
Following changes lead to Monosporic development:
- Nucleus undergo mitotic division
- 2-nucleate embryo-sac is formed
- Nuclei undergo mitotic division again
- 4-nucleate embryo-sac is formed
- Nuclei undergo yet another mitotic division
- 8-nucleate embryo-sac is formed
- Cell wall formation takes place
- Embryo sac is formed

Malaria is caused by the Plasmodium parasite. The parasite can be spread to humans through the bites of infected mosquitoes. There are many different types of plasmodium parasite, but only 5 types cause malaria in humans. The phylum Apicomplexa contains several important pathogens such as Plasmodium falciparum, the causative agent of the most dangerous form of human malaria. Human cerebral malaria (HCM) is the most severe complication of P. falciparum infection and has attracted the attention of both clinicians and scientists since the discovery of the malaria parasite. HCM can occur in less than two weeks after a mosquito bite and may develop after 2 to 7 d of fever.

Geographical Factors
(a)Availability of water: It is the most important factor for life. So, people prefer to live in areas where fresh water is easily available. Water is used for drinking, bathing and cooking – and also for cattle, crops, industries and navigation. It is because of this that river valleys are among the most densely populated areas of the world.
(b)Landforms: People prefer living on flat plains and gentle slopes. This is because such areas are favourable for the production of crops and to build roads and industries. The Ganga plains are among the most densely populated areas of the world while the mountains zones in the Himalayas are scarcely populated.
Social and Cultural Factors
Some places attract more people because they have religious or cultural significance. In the same way – people tend to move away from places where there is social and political unrest. Many a times governments offer incentives to people to live in sparsely populated areas or move away from overcrowded places.

Amenorrhea is the absence of menstruation — one or more missed menstrual periods. Women who have missed at least three menstrual periods in a row have amenorrhea, as do girls who haven't begun menstruation by age 15. The most common cause of amenorrhea is pregnancy. In addition to changes in hormone levels, the menstrual cycle can be influenced by stress and illness. Missing one menstrual period is rarely a sign of a serious problem or medical condition, but amenorrhea for several months may be a sign of a disease or chronic condition that can contribute to infertility.

Osteoporosis prevention begins in childhood, when a bone-healthy diet and plenty of exercise helps children achieve their highest possible 'peak bone mass'. This is important because the more bone mass you have when you reach adulthood, the less likely you are to have weak and breakable bones at older age. Green leafy vegetables: broccoli, kale, collard greens, dried figs, turnip greens, and mustard greens. Fish: canned salmon and sardines with the bones. Nuts: almonds and Brazil nuts. Enriched foods: cereals, orange juice, beverages, and breads that have calcium added to them.

Introducing a dielectric into a capacitor decreases the electric field, which decreases the voltage, which increases the capacitance. A capacitor with a dielectric stores the same charge as one without a dielectric, but at a lower voltage. Therefore a capacitor with a dielectric in it is more effective. The field produce due to the polarization of material minimize the effect of external field. Hence, the electric field inside a dielectric decreases when it is placed in an external electric field.

The harmful alleles get eliminated from population over a period of time, yet sickle cell anaemia is persisting in human population because SCA is a harmful condition which is also a potential saviour from malaria.
Those with the benign sickle trait possess a resistance to malarial infection. The pathogen that causes the disease spends part of its cycle in the red blood cells and triggers an abnormal drop in oxygen levels in the cell. In carriers, this drop is sufficient to trigger the full sickle-cell reaction, which leads to infected cells being rapidly removed from circulation and strongly limiting the infection’s progress. These individuals have a great resistance to infection and have a greater chance of surviving outbreaks. This resistance to infection is the main reason the SCA allele and SCA disease still exist. It is found in greatest frequency in populations where malaria was and is still often a serious problem.

In the Fahrenheit scale, the freezing of water is defined at 32 degrees, while the boiling point of water is defined to be 212 degrees. The Fahrenheit scale measures temperature. It is based on a scale proposed in 1724 by physicist Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit (1686-1736). The unit of this scale is the degree Fahrenheit (°F). On this scale, water’s freezing point is defined to be 32 degrees, while water’s boiling point is defined to be 212 degrees. The kelvin is a unit of measurement for temperature; the null point of the Kelvin scale is absolute zero, the lowest possible temperature. The kelvin is a unit of measurement for temperature. It is one of the seven base units in the International System of Units (SI) and is assigned the unit symbol K. The Kelvin scale is an absolute, thermodynamic temperature scale using absolute zero as its null point. In the classical description of thermodynamics, absolute zero is the temperature at which all thermal motion ceases.

Reliability is concerned with the ability of a network to carry Reliability is concerned with the ability of a network to carry out a desired operation such as "communication". The reliability of network is related to several factors, such as hardware equipment, software services, human factors and so on. Most previous papers pay more attention on the hardware equipment factors than the others. The reliability of network is measured by if the equipment is normal running.
