Because every thing bad that happens to us is because of our own karma so we are responsible for everything that happens with us and god gives us both our reward and punishment so if god is doing something good or bad to us is just because of our own karma.... Hope it will help....

See PHILOSOPHY has no nature if it came from a firm experience that you have and if you're studying about or reading it just because it is your subject and you have to then its a good (physical)question and according to me let me answer you your question - the INDIAN philosophy is all about how to unite with oneness that is how to become unity and merge up into oneness(shakti) and if you read or listen to indian philosophy not for the sake of exams but for interest the very first thing you will feel will be (who am i truly) and (why am i here) actually INDIA doesn't have philosophy actually in the deep and basic real sense it is all SPIRITUALITY
