The main finding is that employment having a positive impact on active participation in the decision making the process at the household level. So, the results show that overall 38.1 percent women have usually participated in household decisions, in the rural area 34.26 percent but urban area highly improved like 47.5 percent. It is also found that Muslim women are not a good contribution in household decisions compare to the Hindu women. Because of the Hindu women are highly engaged in employment compared to the Muslim women both rural and urban areas of West Bengal. So, the study for motivators is acting as catalyzed to the process of effective empowerment.

  • The ******* helps in maintaining the low temperature of the testis which is 2-2.5C which is below than the normal internal body temperature.
  • Each testisis 4 to 5 cm in length and 2 to 3 cm in width in adults.
  • Each testis contains about250 compartments called testicular lobules.
  • Each testicular lobules contain one to three highly coiled seminiferous tubules, in which sperms are produced.
  • The wall of each seminiferous tubuleis lined by two types of cells called male germ cells (spermatogonia) and Sertoli cells.
  • The male germ cells undergo meiosis leading to sperm formation and Sertoli cells provide nutrition to the germ cells.
  • The regions outside the seminiferous tubules called interstitial spaces contain small blood vessels and interstitial cells or Leydig cells.

Whenever, a current carrying conductor comes under a magnetic field, there will be a force acting on the conductor and on the other hand, if a conductor is forcefully brought under a magnetic field, there will be an induced current in that conductor. In both of the phenomenons, there is a relation between magnetic field, current and force. This relation is directionally determined by Fleming's Left Hand rule and Fleming's Right Hand rule respectively. Directionally means these rules do not show the magnitude but show the direction of any of the three parameters (magnetic field, current, force) if the direction of other two are known. Fleming's Left Hand rule is mainly applicable for electric motor and Fleming's Right Hand rule is mainly applicable for electric generator. In late 19th century, John Ambrose Fleming introduced both these rules and as per his name, the rules are well known as Fleming's left and right hand rule.

The main difference between arbitration and mediation is that in arbitration the arbitrator hears evidence and makes a decision. Arbitration is like the court process as parties still provide testimony and give evidence similar to a trial but it is usually less formal. In mediation, the process is a negotiation with the assistance of a neutral third party. The parties do not reach a resolution unless all sides agree
