Halo effect displays certain biases that the raters have about the person. It may influence their judgement on some of his or her other traits as well. For example: An intelligent person may also be considered hardworking (if you like someone all traits will look +ve and if you dislike somebody all traits will be -ve) MIDDLE CATEGORY BIAS: Raters try to place people in the middle of the rating scale avoiding the extreme score. EXTREME CATEGORY BIAS: Raters give extreme score to individual on rating scale, avoiding the middle category.

<font face ="Times New Roman">You were last year too did you fail?
Generally i don't watch these kind of news because it's quite depressing for me but since it is everywhere so I am aware of this whole incident ......talking about asad encounter i thought it was right because his father and uncle was alive . I am saying this because whenever these kind a crime happens it does not only involves only 4-5 gansters but many policeman , politicians and terrorists are also involved so if asad was shot dead then may be his family members can reveal such names and connection so we can say whatever happened with asad can be considered right ( we all know that it was fake no matter whatever our government is saying )....But atiq and his brother death was totally wrong (I am not justifying there crime infact I think such kind of people should be hanged ) ..it is total failure of our system like the way he was killed there were so many peoples, media persons Just imagine if something happens with them ?? What kind of security did our policeman provide to such criminals? It's failure of our law and order when someone was saying that they have fear of being shot dead ....i think they could have revealed a lot about a lot of people who were involved with them ... "Shooting a murderer, while 100 others go scot-free due to a broken justice system, is not justice."- read somewhere

Self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in his or her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments (Bandura, 1977, 1986, 1997). Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one's own motivation, behavior, and social environment.

Aarushi Parihar 1 year, 3 months ago

It's based on bandura's notion for social learning

Adithya Dev 1 year, 3 months ago

Self efficacy develops chiefly by observing others, by understanding how they deal with situations and analyzing their way of confronting the situation.
