In KCN,K is positively charged while CN is negatively charged therefore they form ionic bonds in this case both Cand N can donate electrons but the C-C is more stable to attain stability C donates its electron and form cyanide ion but in case of AgCN ,AgCN form covalent bond Here C is in bonding with Ag so it is not free to donates its electron.but N is free so it can donate its electron pair forming isocyanide.

A case against Gandhi was initiated for disregarding government orders. The spontaneous demonstration of thousands of peasants baffled the officials. The judge was requested to postpone the trial. Gandhi refused to furnish bail. The judge released him without bail. Several days later Gandhi received an official letter. The case against him had been dropped. Thus, civil disobedience had triumphed.

Raj kumar Shukla is described as being ‘Resolute’ because he was fully determined to take Gandhi to Bihar. Being an illiterate and poor share-cropper from Champaran, he had come to apprise and complain Gandhi about the injustice of the land lord system in Bihar. He met-Gandhi in Lucknow session of the Congress. He was too committed to accompany Gandhi everywhere. Gandhi was very much impressed by his tenacity and fixed time for Calcutta. Months passed in waiting, Shukla was sitting on his haunches at the fixed place in Calcutta, till Gandhi was free. Finally both boarded a train to Patna.
