    Read the following passage carefully and answer the questions given bello it:- I was traveling by bus from calicut"lo Shoranur. I was sitting by the window .Looking at the beautiful Landsçape. Suddenly i felt a great jerk. The bus had 'stopped. I found that that It had struck a tree and but for that tree would have fallen in a deep valley. The windscreen was broken and the driver was wounded. An old man sitting behind the driver and a child were also injured. I helped the Conductor in taking the wounded out. Fortunatelya bus Came on that road The wounded were sent to hospital in that bus. I was quite o.k. I thanked God and my stars for this . We were sent to our destination by another bus. Actully. the brakes of the bus Fortunately, had failed. Fortunately it was not a serius accident... Q.A) On the basis of the reading of the above passege make notes, on it using headings and sub headings. Use recognizable abbreviations wherever neccesary . (Q.B) write a summary of the above passege in about 80 words using notes made.

    (i)    A number of dogmatism became a part of Hinduism. People became very superstitious. They started to belive in idol worship, sacrifices, magic, etc. So the main objective of Bhakti movement was to remove all these evil practices.

    (ii)    Caste system became very rigid in Hinduism. People of lower castes were hated by the upper caste. Lower castes started to adopt Islam and Hinduism came in danger. Preachers of Bhakti movement wanted to save Hinduism from this sort of danger.

    (iii)    Muslims also forced Hindus to convert to Islam. It led to increase in mutual conflicts among them. So Bhakti movement was originated to remove mutual differences. There was another major objective of Bhakti movement and that was to encourage religious harmony in the country.

These shares were forfeited immediately after first call. 2000 of 10 these shares (including all shares of Dhwani were issued to Tarang for ₹95 per share as ₹80 paid up. Pass necessary journal entries in books of Saregama Ltd. by opening Calls in Arrear and Calls in Advance Accounts, if final call has not been made.

    It shows Franz's fear of the Prussians. He knows that it is because of the order from Berlin that their language French will be replaced by German. Since everyone , even the animals, have a language, Franz wonders what the new rulers might to do. If they can force the human beings to change their language, they may also force the birds and animals to do so.

    Mr. Lamb and Derry had totally different attitude from each other. Mr. Lamb was an experienced middle aged man with wisdom collected from his past life. He had seen many ups and downs in life and developed an insight as well as optimistic outlook on life. He loved life, people, and did not mind what people thought about him. He kept the gates of his house open so that anyone could come in.  

    Derry was a very young boy in his early teens. He did not have much experience. His face had been disfigured in a mishap in which acid had fallen on one side of his face. It had disfigured his face for the life time. People who saw him, reacted to it shockingly. He had started disliking people; even his parents often made him feel low about his scar. He had alienated himself from people. He preferred being alone and distant from people. He did not like people as they always talked discouragingly.
