Regeneration is one of the processes in which if an organism is cut into several pieces, each of its parts regrows to the original state. This process is carried out by specialized cells called stem cells. It takes place in organisms that have a very simple structure with very few specialized cells.

The cells divide quickly into a large number of cells. Each cell undergoes changes to form various cell types and tissues. This sequential process of changes is known as development. The tissues form various body parts and organs.

All organisations have some basic product or service to offer. This requires a production process which means using an operation to convert the inputs into outputs. Management of operations is only effective and possible in the existence of effective management of work( Work here is some goal to be achieved say producing or selling). and effective management of people because the main asset of any organisation is human resources. This way it is interlinked with both management of work and management of people.

Seeding

Seeding is done to overcome the drawback of single knock out tournament. Seeding is the procedure by which good teams place din fixtures in such way that stronger teams do not meet each other at very beginning of tournament. Seeding can be done only if the standards of teams are known before the tournament.

Special Seeding

In this form of fixtures the seeded players are brought straight away to quarterfinals or semifinals. Though the method is unfair yet the outstanding players can’t stay for a longer period at a particular place. In this form of draw the other formalities of draws are not taken as seriously as in knock out tournament.
