A limited government is one whose legalized force and power is restricted through delegated and enumerated authorities. ... In many cases, such as the United States, it is a constitutionally limited government, bound to specific principles and actions by a state or federal constitution. The Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments to the Constitution) spells out that powers not explicitly granted to either level of government are reserved for the people. Many other examples of limited governments exist today, such as Canada, England, Australia, Japan, and Mexico.

The poetic device used in the line "Both wry with the laboured ease" in the poem 'A Photograph' is an oxymoron. In this line the poetess is talking about her mother's past as well as her own past. The holiday at the beach is the mother's past while the poet's past is remembering her mother's laughter when she looks at the photograph. In this line it has been expressed by the poetess that both these events are filled with delightful memories which give them a gloomy or dry pleasure when they remember of it. The poetic device oxymoron is used in the contradictory words "laboured ease". These contradictory words have been used to describe the sad feeling of loss which comes by thinking of the past which was beautiful and happy for both the poetess and her mother.

Producers and consumers depend on each other. For example, farmers in Tennessee sell their crops to consumers. The farmers depend on consumers to earn money. ... When producers specialize, they do a better job of providing goods or services that people want. In summary, producers are organisms that make their own food. Producers create food for themselves and also provide energy for the rest of the ecosystem. ... Consumers are organisms that need to eat to obtain energy. Primary consumers, such as deer and rabbits, eat only producers.

The epidermis is an outer protective covering tissue of plant roots, leaves, and stems of nonwoody plants. It contains closely packed epidermal cells.
Modifications of epidermis of roots, stem and leaves:
- Walls of epidermal cells are covered with a waxy cuticle to minimise water loss and protect against bacteria.
- In roots, certain epidermal cells are modified into root hairs that increase surface area of the root for absorption of water and minerals and help to anchor the plant firmly in place.
- Protective hairs of a different nature are produced by epidermal cells of stems and leaves.
- Epidermal cells may be modified as glands that secrete protective substances of various types.
- In leaves, particularly the lower epidermis, specialized epidermal cells (guard cells) form microscopic pores (stomata) and regulate gas exchange between interior and exterior of a leaf.
The roots, stem and leaves of plants are modified for storage of food or protection to the plant.

The fundamental principle underlying the working of the parliamentary system of government is the principle of collective responsibility. Article 75 clearly states that the council of ministers is collectively responsible to the Lok Sabha. This means that all the ministers own joint responsibility to the Lok Sabha for all their acts of omission and commission. They work as a team and swim or sink together. When the Lok Sabha passes a no-confidence motion against the council of ministers, all the ministers have to resign including those ministers who are from the Rajya Sabha. The principle of collective responsibility also means that the Cabinet decisions bind all cabinet ministers (and other ministers) even if they differed in the cabinet meeting. It is the duty of every minister to stand by cabinet decisions and support them both within and outside the Parliament.

Utility Definition – It is a measure of satisfaction an individual gets from the consumption of the commodities. In other words, it is a measurement of usefulness that a consumer obtains from any good. A utility is a measure of how much one enjoys a movie, favourite food, or other goods. It varies with the amount of desire.
Marginal utility refers to additional utility obtained from the consumption of an additional unit of a commodity. To illustrate, if 10th unit yields satisfaction of 100 utils, while 11th unit yields satisfaction of 105 utils, then marginal utility derived from the 11 th unit is 5 utils.
