The division of labor is believed to be the major factor behind the growth of urbanization; because, the people of towns were not self-sufficient. They depended on other people for several kinds of services. Consider the following example:
A person engaged in making stone seals requires bronze metal for engraving it. He could not make tools of his own. Beside this he also had to depend on other person for color stones required for making seals. He did know trade, and had to depend on trades or other people who rendered this services to him. In short, he had to depend on others. Thus, all these functions were performed with mutual co-operation.

‘Cardboard’ in the poem refers to the photograph. This word has been used because photograph is now just a piece of paper with the memory as the poet's mother is dead now. It shows that human life is transitory and the cardboard which remains is memorable piece of paper.

Mind is intangible. It is related to consciousness.

Blood vessels and nerve cells are present in brain.

Mind does not have blood vessels or nerve cells.

Brain performs definite functions such as coordinating movement, feelings and thoughts. It is centre of the nervous system.

Mind initiates comprehension and perception, and as such relates to the thought process of an individual.

She wanted to forget the address because it had things belonging to her mother who was no more. The things present in that house such as cutlery, silver, crockery, furniture accessories, etc would remind her of her mother and her painful past. So, she wanted to forget the address 46, Marconi Street.

It is evident that each form has certain advantages as well as disadvantages. Therefore, it is important to choose an appropriate form of organisation.
Factors that determine the choice of form of
organisation:

  1. Cost and ease in setting up the organisation: From the’point of view of initial cost, sole proprietorship is the preferred form as it involves least expenditure.
A company form of organisation, on the other hand, is more complex and involves greater costs.
  2. Liability : In case of sole proprietorship and
partnership firms, the liability of the owners/ partners is unlimited. In Joint Hindu Family Business, only the Karta has unlimited liability. In cooperative societies and companies, however, liability is limited.
  3. Continuity: In case the business needs a permanent
structure, company form is more suitable. For short term ventures, proprietorship or partnership may be preferred.
  4. Management ability : A sole proprietor
may find it difficult to have expertise in all functional areas of management. In other forms of organisations like partnership and company, there is no such problem.
  5. Capital consideration : Companies are in a better
position to collect large amount of capital by issuing shares to a large number of investors. Partnership firms also have the advantage of combined
resources of all partners. But the resources of a sole proprietor are limited.
  6. Degree of control: If direct control over operations
and absolute decision making power is required, sole proprietorship may be preferred.

In two kingdom classification, there was no differentiation between the eukaryotes and prokaryotes, unicellular and multicellular and photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic organisms. In the two-kingdom classification the bacteria, blue-green algae, fungi, mosses all were included under the kingdom Plantae. It placed together groups which widely differed from each other. A large number of organisms did not fall into any category. Thus, the two-kingdom classification was insufficient and inadequate.

The five kingdom classification resolved the issues as it considered other factors like cell structure, mode of nutrition, thallus organisation, reproduction and phylogenetic relationships. This system of classification placed the organisms into five different categories. All the prokaryotes were placed under Kingdom Monera. The unicellular eukaryotes were placed under Kingdom Protista. The fungi occupied a separate kingdom. Thus, it proved to be adequate and much better than the two-Kingdom classification.
