Martin Luther’s birth took place in 1483 AD in Germany. His interest was in analysis of holy tenets. In 1517 AD he created ‘Ninety Five Thesis’. In 1522 AD he translated Bible in German language. Martin Luther was disappointed with the Pope’s grand, unrestricted or dictatorial type of lifestyle. In his heart he developed the feelings of revolt. Another reason was the greed of Christian Popes to collect money on account of or through the medium of apology letter from people. Martin Luther opposed this and started a movement against Catholic Church. He assured people that in order to connect with God there was no significance of Pope as a medium. He published three pamphlets containing thoughts of Martin Luther for distribution.

• Address of German Feudalistic sect: Through this pamphlet Luther sought to end the special powers of Christian Clergy.
• The Bablonian imprisonment of God’s church : By this pamphlet Luther attacked Pope and his methods.
• Liberation of Christian Faith People : In this pamphlet he explained his principles of liberation. Martin Luther gave the name to his movement as protestant improvisation.

He advised rulers of Germany, Switzerland to get free from foreign influence. Pope and Church authorities told Martin Luther to stop anti-church propaganda, but Martin Luther clarified that he could do this only when any of his thoughts is proved against religion. This way he placed belief system in place of assigned work of church. With the result the support base of Martin Luther increased. Each ruler had the choice of freedom for choosing religious faith of people. Before 1552 AD the wealth snatched by Protestants of church was recognized. This way the contribution of Martin Luther in Reformation movement was appreciable.

प्रतिवेदन लिखने के लिए निम्नलिखित बातों पर विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए-
(1) प्रतिवेदन संक्षिप्त हो।
(2) घटना या किसी कार्रवाई की मुख्य बातें प्रतिवेदन में अवश्य लिखी जानी चाहिए।
(3) इसकी भाषा सरल और शैली सुस्पष्ट हो।
(4) विवरण क्रमिक रूप से हो।
(5) पुनरुक्ति दोष नहीं हो यानी एक ही बात को बार-बार भिन्न-भिन्न रूपों में नहीं लिखना चाहिए।
(6) इसके लिए एक सटीक शीर्षक जरूर हो।

प्रतिवेदन के तीन प्रकार हैं-
(1) व्यक्तिगत प्रतिवेदन
(2) संगठनात्मक प्रतिवेदन
(3) विवरणात्मक प्रतिवेदन

(1) व्यक्तिगत प्रतिवेदन- इस प्रकार के प्रतिवेदन में व्यक्ति अपने जीवन के किसी संबंध में अथवा विद्यार्थी-जीवन पर प्रतिवेदन लिख सकता है। इसमें व्यक्तिगत बातों का उल्लेख अधिक रहता है। यह प्रतिवेदन कभी-कभी डायरी का भी रूप ले लेता है। यह प्रतिवेदन का आदर्श रूप नहीं है।

एक उदाहरण इस प्रकार है-

सुबह पाँच बजे उठा। क्रिया-कर्म कर 6 बजे पढ़ने बैठा। अचानक सिर में दर्द हुआ। बिस्तर पर लेट गया। आँखें बंद कर लीं। नींद आ गयी। एक घंटे बाद जगा, पर दर्द बना रहा। डॉक्टर के पास गया। दवा लेकर घर लौटा। दवा खाकर फिर लेट गया। दर्द दूर हो गया। दस बजे भोजन किया और स्कूल के लिए चल पड़ा। 12 बजे दोपहर में सिरदर्द शुरू हुआ, छुट्टी लेकर घर लौट आया। सारा दिन इसी प्रकार कटा।

(2) संगठनात्मक प्रतिवेदन- इस प्रकार के प्रतिवेदन में किसी संस्था, सभा, बैठक इत्यादि का विवरण दिया जाता है। यहाँ प्रतिवेदक अपने बारे में कुछ न कहकर सारी बातें संगठन या संस्था के संबंध में लिखता है।

यह प्रतिवेदन मासिक, त्रैमासिक, अर्द्धवार्षिक और वार्षिक भी हो सकता है। एक स्कूल में वार्षिकोत्सव मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर प्रधानाध्यापक ने निम्नलिखित प्रतिवेदन पढ़कर सुनाया-

स्कूल का वार्षिकोत्सव : प्रतिवेदन

हमारा स्कूल सन् 1930 में स्थापित हुआ था। इस नगर में यह पिछले 62 वर्षो से शिक्षा का प्रचार करता रहा है। आरंभ में जहाँ 5 शिक्षक और 50 छात्र थे, वहाँ आज शिक्षकों की संख्या 30 और छात्रों की संख्या 700 तक पहुँच गयी है। यहाँ कला, वाणिज्य और विज्ञान की शिक्षा दी जाती है। शिक्षकों को समय पर वेतन मिलता है। ये सभी बड़ी निष्ठा से काम करते हैं स्कूल में सह-शिक्षा की भी व्यवस्था है। लड़कियों की संख्या 250 है। इस वर्ष से सिलाई और कताई-बुनाई की शिक्षा की भी व्यवस्था की गयी है। छात्र इसके महत्त्व से घरेलू उद्योग-धंधों में रुचि ले रहे हैं। इस वर्ष प्रवेशिका परीक्षा में तीस छात्र प्रथम श्रेणी में, बारह द्वितीय श्रेणी में और तीन तृतीय श्रेणी में उत्तीर्ण हुए। इस विवरण से स्पष्ट है कि यह स्कूल हर दिशा में विकास कर रहा है। शिक्षा-विभाग के निरीक्षक ने भी इसकी सराहना की है।

(3) विवरणात्मक प्रतिवेदन- किसी कार्य, योजना, घटना अथवा स्थिति का प्रतिवेदन 'विवरणात्मक प्रतिवेदन' कहलाता है।
जैसे- किसी शिविर के आयोजन का, किसी संस्था की वार्षिक उपलब्धियों का, किसी परिषद के कार्य-कलापों आदि का प्रतिवेदन।

इस प्रकार के प्रतिवेदन में किसी मेले, यात्रा, पिकनिक, सभा, रैली इत्यादि का विवरण तैयार किया जाता है। प्रतिवेदक को यहाँ बड़ी ईमानदारी से विषय का यथार्थ विवरण देना पड़ता है। इस प्रकार के प्रतिवेदन का एक उदाहरण इस प्रकार है-

मेला : प्रतिवेदन

भारत का सबसे बड़ा मेला सोनपुर में हर साल लगता है ; इसे 'हरिहरक्षेत्र का मेला' कहते हैं। यह कार्तिक की पूर्णिमा के दो-तीन दिन पहले से पंद्रह-बीस दिनों तक गंडक और गंगा के संगम पर लगता है। पूर्णिमा के दिन यात्रियों की भारी भीड़ हरिहरनाथ के दर्शन के लिए होती है। इस वर्ष भी मंदिर के सामने दर्शनार्थियों की एक लंबी कतार थी। भीड़ इतनी अधिक थी कि एक लड़का कुचलकर मर गया। फिर भी, भीड़ अपनी जगह से हटी नहीं। हरिहरनाथ के दर्शन कर लोग सजी-सजायी दूकानों की ओर बढ़े। उनकी सजावट मनमोहक थी। देशभर के व्यापारी आये थे। आसपास के मकानों का किराया अधिक था। अलग-अलग स्थानों पर दूकानें लगायी गयी थीं। पशु-पक्षियों का जमाव एक स्थान पर था। हाथी, घोड़े, गाय, बैल इत्यादि की खरीदारी हुई। दूसरे स्थान पर साधु-संन्यासी अपनी-अपनी कुटी में धुनी रमाये थे। तीसरे स्थान पर सरकसवाले तरह-तरह के खेल-तमाशे दिखा रहे थे। रात में बिजली की रोशनी में सारा मेला जगमगा रहा था। सारा दृश्य मनमोहक था। पूर्णिमा के दूसरे दिन मैं घर लौट आया।

The coefficient of restitution (COR) is the ratio of the final to initial relative velocity between two objects after they collide.

It normally ranges from 0 to 1 where 1 would be a perfectly elastic collision. A perfectly inelastic collision has a coefficient of 0, but a 0 value does not have to be perfectly inelastic.

Both Mourad and Khosrove were considered the eccentric type of people in the Garoghlanian tribe. However, there was a marked difference between both of them. Mourad loved horse riding to such an extent that he could do anything for it. Khosrove was not as obsessed with his passion. He was a crazy man of different sort. He was indifferent to situations, either they were his own or belonging to others. Mourad, on the other hand was quite sympathetic. He healed a sick robin; treated the stolen horse so well that it became a better horse; and then returned the horse in time. He was mindful and thoughtful of the passion of his cousin Aram too. Khosrove usually remained lost in his own thoughts; he easily got irritated and reacted by saying: ‘It is no harm, pay no attention to it.

Economics is a science that studies human behavior which aims at allocation of scarce resources in such a way that consumer can maximise their satisfaction, producers can maximise their profits and society can maximise its social welfare. It is about making choice in the presence of scarcity.

अर्थशास्त्र वह विज्ञान है जिसमें साध्यों तथा सीमित और अनेक उपयोग वाले साधनों से सम्बन्धित मानव व्यवहार का अध्ययन किया जाता है।

• अर्थशास्त्र केवल वास्तविक विज्ञान नहीं है, कला भी है :
  अर्थशास्त्र को वास्तविक विज्ञान मान लेने पर यह केवल सिद्धान्त निर्माण करने वाला शास्त्र मात्र रह जाएगा। आलोचकों का मानना है कि अर्थशास्त्र का कर्तव्य केवल उपकरणों का ही निर्माण करना नहीं है अपितु उसे उपकरणों के प्रयोग की विधि पर भी प्रकाश डालना चाहिए।

यदि कला के रूप में अर्थशास्त्र का अध्ययन किया जाता है तो इससे आर्थिक सिद्धान्तों की जाँच करने में भी सहायता मिलेगी तथा सिद्धान्त के सही या गलत होने का पता भी लगाया जा सकता है।

अर्थशास्त्र सामाजिक विज्ञान है। इसमें केवल मानवीय क्रियाओं को ही अध्ययन किया जाता है। अर्थशास्त्र में पशु-पक्षियों एवं अन्य जीव-जन्तुओं का अध्ययन नहीं किया जाता है।

एडम स्मिथ को फादर ऑफ इकोनॉमिक्स कहां जाता है. यह 18वीं सदी के महान फिलॉस्फर थे. ऐसा नहीं है कि इन से पहले कोई इकोनॉमिक्स को जानता नहीं था या इन्होंने इकोनॉमिक्स शब्द की खोज की. आर्थिक क्रियाएं पहले भी होती थी अर्थात लेनदेन, कर, व्यापार आदि. बस फर्क इतना है कि उन्होंने आर्थिक क्रियाओं की व्याख्या की और उसके कारणों का पता लगाया. इन्होंने 1776 में एक बुक लिखी जिसका नाम है "एन इंक्वायरी इन टू द नेचर एंड कॉसेस ऑफ द वेल्थ ऑफ नेशन" इस बुक में इन्होंने ऐसे नियम प्रस्तुत किए जिनकी वजह से इन्हें फादर ऑफ इकोनॉमिक्स कहा जाता है. पहला था प्राकृतिक नियम, इनके हिसाब से लोग सेल्फ इंटरेस्टेड होते हैं और अपने फायदे के लिए काम करते हैं. हर इंसान के अंदर उसका निजी स्वार्थ होता है. एक बेकरी वाला इसलिए ब्रेड नहीं बेच रहा कि वह लोगों को खाना खिलाना चाहता है बल्कि उसमें उसका निजी स्वार्थ छुपा है. वह पैसे कमाना चाहता है इसीलिए ब्रेड बेच रहा है और जिसे भूख होगी वह उससे ब्रेड खरीदेगा. इसी को एडम स्मिथ ने मार्केट ( बाजार) भी कहा. बाजार लेनदेन की वह जगह होती है जहां क्रेता और विक्रेता एक दूसरे से मिलते हैं. जब सभी लोग अपने स्वार्थ के लिए पूंजी को को जमा करते हैं तो इससे देश की पूंजी का भी निर्माण होता है. दूसरा है, अदृश्य हाथ" द डॉक्ट्रिन ऑफ़ फ्री ट्रेड" स्मिथ के अनुसार बाजार को फ्री छोड़ देना चाहिए बाजार खुद डिसाइड कर लेगी की किस चीज का उत्पादन होना चाहिए और कितना होना चाहिए. किसी चीज का उत्पादन करने के लिए कितनी लागत लगेगी कितने मजदूर लगेंगे और कितने जमीन की आवश्यकता होगी.
