As both X and Y had 12 protons both has atomic number 12 that is magnesium. In case of Y, we have only 10 electrons because of this the affect of nuclear charge on the electrons is more than that of on 12 electrons(happens for same number of protons). Hence, radii of Y is smaller than that of X

On July 7, HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced a major CBSE syllabus reduction with 30% of the syllabus slashed for the year 2020-21 for classes 9 to 12 because of the reduction in classroom teaching time due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown.

CBSE has rationalized the syllabus with the help of suggestions from NCERT and the same has been notified by a new CBSE notification as well.

Given - AB and AC are two equal words of a circle, therefore the centre of the circle lies on the bisector of BAC.

OA is the bisector of BAC.

Again, the internal bisector of an angle divides the opposite sides in the ratio of the sides containing the angle.

 P divides BC in the ratio = 6 : 6 = 1 : 1.

 P is mid-point of BC.

 OP  BC.

In ABP, by Pythagoras theorem,

In right OBP, we have

Equating (1) and (2), we get

Putting AP in (1), we get

or,alternate method:

Area of AOB by Heron's formula

arAOB) =

Also arAOB =

BM = h = 4.8 cm

BC = 2 BM = 9.6 cm.

His grandmother was a religious woman .In the village with author he used to go with author to his school and she also took some chapatis for stay dogs and the school of the author connected with temple there his grandmother sat down in the temple to read scriptures and in returning journey she gave those chapatis to stay dogs on the other hand in the city the author use to go in the motor bus so his grandmother was not with him and when he came to know that there in the english medium school "there is no teaching about religion and scriptures" then she was disappointed.

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 4 months ago (2898529)

The grandmother was used to the life of the village. She got up early in the morning. She woke up her grandson and got him ready for school. She was very much concerned about the education of the narrator. She accompanied him to his school. She sat in the temple reading the scriptures. She was friendly even to the village dogs and fed them regularly.

The city life and its culture didn’t suit her. She was a religious lady. She was quite conservative in thinking. The English school, English language and science were foreign to her. Actually, she didn’t like them. She was upset to know that they didn’t teach about God and the scriptures at the city-school. She hated music. She didn’t like music lessons being given at the new school. She felt lonely when he went up to University and then abroad for five years. But she had accepted her loneliness silently.

The four basic types of computers are as under: Supercomputer, is a computer or collective computer system that can process enormous amounts of data, especially relative to other machines of its time (i.e., your iPhone would've been a supercomputer in the 1950s). Mainframe Computer, is a powerful, multi-user computer that supports hundreds or even thousands of simultaneous users. Today, this is typically used in a commercial environment. In fact, servers – including database servers, Web servers, transaction servers, email servers and more – are all types of mainframes. Minicomputer, is a midsize computer. In the past decade, the distinction between large minicomputers and small mainframes has blurred, however, as has the distinction between small minicomputers and workstations.  Microcomputer, is a small, relatively inexpensive computer with a microprocessor as its central processing unit (CPU). It includes a microprocessor, memory and minimal input/output (I/O) circuitry mounted on a single printed circuit board (PCB).

NCERT books are enough to qualify the examination but to get a good score/ rank one must refer to other books as well. Since both AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS have merged with NEET, NTA is expected to raise the bar for NEET this year. Both these examinations required extra effort and could not be cleared basis NCERT only.

Each one of the 15 lakh NEET aspirants has read NCERT books because it is the basic requirement to qualify the examination. Then how can you score enough marks to secure a position in the top 100? This is where reference books play a major role. Reference books and practice tests will give you an edge over the others.

It is important that one starts his/ her preparation with NCERT books and moves towards the reference books in the advanced stages of preparation. NEET preparation must be NCERT-focused and it must always be treated with utmost importance, but it is difficult to get great results if one relies solely on these books.

Series
The same amount of current flows through all the components
In an electrical circuit, components are arranged in a line
When resistors are put in a series circuit, the voltage across each resistor is different even though the current flow is the same through all of them.
If one component breaks down, the whole circuit will burn out.
If Vt is the total voltage then it is equal to V1+V2+V3

Parallel
The current flowing through each component combines to form the current flow through the source.
In an electrical circuit, components are arranged parallel to each other
When resistors are put in a parallel circuit, the voltage across each of the resistors is the same. And even the polarities are the same
Other components will function even if one component breaks down, each has its own independent circuit
If Vt is the total voltage then it is equal to V1=V2=V3

  • Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is the market value of the final goods and services produced during a year within the domestic territory of a country.
  • Here only final goods and services are counted to avoid the problem of double counting.
    • For e.g. a farmer sold wheat to flour mill for Rs. 10 per kg. The mill grinds the wheat and sold the flour to a biscuit company for Rs. 12 per kg. The biscuit company uses the flour, sugar and butter to make 5 biscuit packets. He sold the biscuit to the consumer at Rs. 15 per biscuit packet.
    • Here biscuits are the final goods that are purchased by the consumer. Wheat and wheat flour are the intermediate goods used in the production of final good.
    • The value of Rs. 75 already includes the value of flour Rs. 12.
    • Hence only the value of final goods and services.

Therefore, GDP  = Value of output − Intermediate Consumption
