Answer. The Constitution clearly provided a threefold distribution of legislative powers between the Union Government and the State Governments into 3 lists namely Union, State, and concurrent list. The fundamental provisions of the constitution cannot be unilaterally changed by one level of government

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago (2577571)

Following are three features of federalism:

  1. In a federal structure of government, there are two or more levels or tiers of government.
  2. The different tires of the government govern the same citizens. However, each tier has its own jurisdiction in specific matters of legislation, taxation and administration.
  3. The Constitution of the country specifies the respective jurisdictions of the different tiers of government. Therefore, the existence and authority of each tier gets constitutionally guaranteed.

Richard had become bored with collecting butterflies. His mother got him a book on the migration of butterflies. Richard came in contact with Dr. Urquhart through the book. Dr. Urquhart directed him to study the migration pattern of butterflies. When he did not win any prize in the science fair in seventh grade, he again wrote to Dr. Urquhart to guide him. The scientist gave him many suggestions for new experiments. Richard performed these experiments throughout his high school and won many prizes. Later, he worked on why bright spots are found on a monarch pupa, motivated by Dr. Urquhart. It led to the discovery of a new hormone. The discovery of this new hormone further led to an important theory. The theory was about how cells read their DNA. In this way Dr. Urquhart proved to be his true mentor.

The authors of tawarikh were learned men: secretaries, administrators, poets and courtiers. They recounted events and advised rulers on governance, emphasising the importance of just rule. They were written in Persian, the administrative language of the Sultans. The authors of tawarikh did not provide information about ordinary men and women because:

  1. The authors of tawarikh lived in cities (mainly Delhi) and hardly ever in villages.
  2. They often wrote their histories for Sultans in the hope of rich rewards.
  3. These authors advised rulers on the basis of birthright and gender distinctions. Their ideas were not shared by everybody.

A written document in which we find such rules is called constitution. A democratic country needs a constitution because :- ★ It lays out the important guidelines that govern decision making within the various societies of the country. ★ It lays down the ideals that form the basis of the kind of country that its citizens aspire to live in. ★ It serves as an asset of rules and principles as the basis by which the country has to be governed ★ It provides rules to safeguard the interests of minorities and prevent any kind of domination by the majority on minorities. ★ It lays down rules that guard against the misuse of power by any politician leader. ★ It also provides rights to its citizens and protects their freedom.

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago (2577571)

  • In a democracy people choose their representatives and the leaders might misuse their powers. Constitution provides safeguards against this.
  • In a democracy, the constitution ensures that the dominant group does not use power against less powerful groups.
  • The constitution guarantees fundamental rights to the citizens for their social, economic, and political welfare.

While more than two kinds of sources in historical research exist, my assumption is that the two you’re inquiring about are primary and secondary sources, as these are the most widely used documents in this discipline. Simply put, a primary source is a record of a person, place, or event that was created by said subject, such as a speech, letter, diary, treaty, recording, film, and the like. A secondary source, on the other hand, is a document that comments upon, discusses, analyzes, or otherwise touches upon information found in a primary source, meaning a book, newspaper article, book review, scholarly journal article, dissertation, essay, or anything that reflects upon a primary source can constitute a secondary source.

Given : LCM =225 and HCF =15

Let x=LCM/HCF = 225/15 =15.

So, x can be written as a product of 3,5 and also the product of 1,15 which are relatively prime.

Thus, there exist two such pairs where LCM =225 and HCF =15.

Mamta ... 5 years, 2 months ago (9898848)
