Gaurav Seth 5 years, 1 month ago (2898529)

by Pythagoras thereom:-

let 'a' be the height, 'b' be the base and 'c' be the hypontuse.

→ a² + b² = c²

→ a² + 8² = 10²

→ a² + 64 = 100

→ a² = 100 - 64

→ a² = 36

→ a = √36

→ a = 6cm

★VERIFICATION★

= 6² + 8²

= 36 + 64

= 100cm

hence verified

thus the height of the triangle is 6cm.

now,

area of the triangle = 1/2 × b × h

= 1/2 × 8 × 6

= 4 × 6

= 24cm²

hence, the correct option is (A) 24cm²

Or

The correct options is (a).

Let AB and CD be the multi-storeyed building and the building respectively.

 Let  the height of the multi-storeyed building= h m and

the distance between the two buildings = x m.

 AE = CD = 8 m  [Given]

BE = AB – AE = (h – 8) m

and

AC = DE = x m  [Given]

 Also,

 ∠FBD = ∠BDE = 30° (Corresponding angles)

∠FBC = ∠BCA = 45° (Corresponding angles)

 Now,

 In Δ ACB,

 In Δ BDE,

From (i) and (ii), we get,

The two legends related to the tea origin are : Indian Legend : A monk named "Bodhidharma" once felt very sleepy while he was meditating. So, he cut off his eye lids. Then, from those eye lids, ten plants arosed. Rajvir said that no one really knows who discovered tea. He told Pranjol that there are many legends attached to tea, to the discovery of tea. According to one story, a Chinese emperor discovered tea by chance. He always boiled water before drinking it. One day a few leaves off the twigs burning under the pot fell into the water. As a result, the boiled water got a delicious flavour. It is said they were tea leaves. According to another Indian legend, Bodhidharma, an ancient Buddhist monk, felt sleep during meditations. So he cut off his eyelids. Ten tea plants grew out of the eyelids. The leaves of these plants when put in hot water and drunk banished sleep.  Rajvir told Pranjol that tea was first drunk in China in 2700 B.C. Words like ‘chai’ and ‘chini are Chinese. Tea came to Europe in the sixteenth century. At first, it was used more as a medicine than as a beverage. Both Rajvir and Pranjol reached Mariani junction. Pranjol’s parents received them on the platform they took them in a car to Dhekiabari, the tea estate managed by Pranjol’s father. On both sides of the tee, they were acres and acres of tea bushes. Women with bamboo baskets on their backs were plucking the new tea leaves, They had come there in the sprouting season. Rajvir said that this season lasts from May 10 July. The best tea is produced during this season. Pranjol’s father told Rajvir that he knew many things about tea Phauations. He said that he would learn more about tea there.

An inbuilt capacity to help others is something every human being don't know about yet.

We do have this capacity and capability but only till it's affordable to us whether it's emotionally or financially. Moreover, this doesn't mean to make someone completely dependent on ourselves that over the time they forget the phrase "God help those who help themselves".

So helping others are always good but everything has it's negative side, better try to ignore the negative side of it and do it until it's spreading the positivity in others and in ourselves.

In 1930, Ambedkar entered national politics. In the same year, he organised the Depressed Classes Association to make them politically more strong. ... To give them political power he signed Poona Pact. The Poona Pact gave the depressed classes reserved seats in provincial and central legislative councils.

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 1 month ago (2898529)

BR Ambedkar tried to improve the conditions of the Depressed Classes in the following ways:  In 1930, Dr. BR Ambedkar organised the Dalits (the untouchables) into an organisation called the Depressed Classes Association, now known as scheduled caste.  His ideas regarding depressed class deferred from that of Mahatma Gandhi. He wanted separate electorates for Dalits. Whilst at Round Table Conference in London he demanded separate electorates for Dalits and the British coloniser conceded his demand. This caused Mahatma Gandhi to fast unto the death because he believed that separate electorate for the Dalits would slow down the process of their integration into the main society.  He signed the Poona Pact with Gandhi ji and the Congress giving the opportunities to depress to secure reserved seat for Dalits in the provincial and Central Legislative Council to be voted in general election..
