- Rural population in India normally borrows money from money lenders at higher rates of interest.
- Rural people seek money lenders(Informal source of credit) due to limited expansion of credit by the formal sectors in the rural areas.
- Formal sectors in India are mostly urban biased and increasing their presence in the rural areas will reduce the dependence of rural people on the informal sector.

The mode of nutrition in Amoeba is holozoic.
<a data-download-href="https://ask.learncbse.in/uploads/db3785/1bdc443fbba9bc4dcefbbbe4769321e896e88baf" href="https://ask.learncbse.in/uploads/db3785/original/2X/1/1bdc443fbba9bc4dcefbbbe4769321e896e88baf.jpg" title="image.jpg">
</a>
The various steps involved in the process of nutrition are:
Ingestion: Amoeba ingests food with the help of its finger-like extensions, called pseudopodia. When a food particle approaches Amoeba, it forms pseudopodia around it and forms a food vacuole inside the Amoeba.
Digestion: Various enzymes from the cytoplasm enter into the food vacuole and break them down into simple soluble molecules.
Absorption: The simple soluble food is absorbed by cytoplasm of Amoeba from food vacuoles through the process of diffusion.
Assimilation: Amoeba cell obtains energy from the absorbed food through respiration. This energy is utilised by Amoeba for its growth and repair of the body.
Egestion: When a considerable amount of undigested food gets collected inside Amoeba, its cell membrane ruptures and throws out the undigested food.

The First World War (1914), created a new economic and political situation worldwide. It led a huge increase in defence expenditure which was financed by war loans and increasing taxes; custom duties were raised and income tax introduced.
Impact of the First World War on Society
Between 1913 to 1918, the prices of foodgrains increased largely which led to extreme hardship for the common people. The peasantry suffered from heavy rents and taxes. Villagers were called upon to supply soldiers. This forced recruitment in rural areas caused widespread anger. After the war, foreign goods once again began to be imported and foreign capital began to be invested in a large sdale. Indian industries faced heavy losses and even closure.
Social Conditions after the War
In 1918-19 and 1920-21, crops failed in many parts of India, resulting in acute shortage of food. There was also an influenza epidemic. According to the census of 1921, 12 to 13 million people died as a result of famines and the epidemic. People hoped their sufferings would be reduced after the war, but that did not happen.

STEPS: 1: On a numberline mark AB = 9.3 unit & BC= 1 unit.
2: Mark O the mid point of AC
3: Draw a semicircle with O as centre & OA as radius
4: At B draw a perpendicular BD.
5: BD = √9.3 unit
6: Now, B as centre, BD as radius, draw an arc, meeting the numberline at E.
Now, with BD or BE = √9.3 as radius , with 0 ( origin) of the number line as centre, draw an arc on the the number line, intersecting at point ‘k’. And this point ‘k' lies between integers 3 & 4, & represents √9.3
JUSTIFICATION:
BD = √ {(10.3/2)² - (8.3/2)²}
=> BD = √{10.3²- 8.3²)/4 }
=> BD = √{(10.3+8.3)(10.3–8.3)/4}
=> BD = √{18.6*2/4}
=> BF = √{37.2/4}
=> BD = √9.3 = BE

In case of species area relationship given by Alexander von Humboldt, steeper slopes (Z values in the range of 0.6 to 1.2) are obtained when species relationships are plotted among very large areas like the entire continents. Steeper slopes signifies that number of species found increases faster than the area explored in very large areas like the entire continents.

The slope of regression in species-area relationship predicts species richness of an area. It indicates the dependency of species richness on the area as higher slope reflects higher dependency of the area. Taking into account of a large area, such as country, the slope is almost linear with the area. For a smaller area, lower slope value indicates independence of species richness over the area.

The Eraser Tool is used in concert with the Drawing and Painting Tools to obtain final, usable art. As the name implies, the Eraser Tool is primarily used for erasing. When the Eraser Tool is active, three options appear in the Options Tray, as shown below. The Erase Mode option and the Eraser Shape option are both drop-down menus with multiple options. The third option, the Faucet button, is used to clear enclosed areas of fill. The only alternative to using the Eraser Tool to remove graphic elements or areas of drawings is to select them and then delete them by pressing either the Delete or the Backspace key.
