The characteristics of computers are:
1. Speed: Computers are fast in doing calculations. The speed of the computer is measured in terms of million instruction per second (MIPS).
2. Storage Capacity: Computers come with large amount of memory. They can hold lot of data. Computers can show a particular piece of information from large amount of data in a short time.
3. Diligence: After doing work for sometime, humans become tired but computers do not become tired. They work continuously. In fact, some computers which control telephone exchanges are never stopped. This is called diligence.
4. Accuracy: The results that the computers produce are accurate provided data and programs are reliable.
5. Versatality: We can use computer to perform completely different type of work at the same time.
6. Reliability: Computers work for many years without any problem. Few computers in the world are never switched off.

It is given that ΔABC ∼ ΔFEG.
∴ ∠A = ∠F, ∠B = ∠E, and ∠ACB = ∠FGE
∠ACB = ∠FGE
∴ ∠ACD = ∠FGH (Angle bisector)
And, ∠DCB = ∠HGE (Angle bisector)
In ΔACD and ΔFGH,
∠A = ∠F (Proved above)
∠ACD = ∠FGH (Proved above)
∴ ΔACD ∼ ΔFGH (By AA similarity criterion)
=>(CD)/(GH) = (AC)/(FG)

From the small business owner to the student creating a class project, or even casual individuals working on a blog or personal project online, HTML knowledge is incredibly useful. Although the prospect of having to learn a programming language certainly does seem daunting, the good news is that HTML uses common words so that it is fairly simple to pick up.
HTML was invented by Tim Berners-Lee in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The first "public" release was in 1991. It was based on an earlier markup language, SGML (Standardized General Markup Language).
The major innovation of HTML was its use of the hyperlink. We are so used to this now that it is hard to understand how revolutionary this idea was at the time.
The hyperlink allows any document to reference any other document, and provides immediate access to that other document. Hyperlinks are what make the World Wide Web a web, and not just a library or database.
The IETF took up HTML as a standard and published the first HTML proposal in 1993. HTML 2.0, the first full official specification was released in 1995. By 1997, the W3C had taken over stewardship of the standard, and HTML 3.2 was released.
HTML 4.0 was released towards the end of 1997, and again the following year with a few updates. This version of the standard, with its three variations (strict, transitional, and frameset) defined HTML most of the next decade.
It was the version in force during the rise of the web's most iconic properties: Wikipedia, Google, Facebook, WordPress, Myspace, AOL. If you learned how to build web pages before 2008, you almost certainly learned this version.
Alongside HTML 4.0 was a related project called XHTML. This was first released in 2000 and 2001, as an XML-based implementation of HTML 4.0. Since XML had a stricter syntax than HTML, and could be easily validated by an XML parser, it was thought that introducing XHTML would force web content authors to create more precise documents.
For the most part, this did not happen. In practice, XHTML — along with the three varieties of HTML4, and the wild variation in browser rendering — contributed to the general confusion concerning what was and wasn't "standard" HTML.
One notable effect of XHTML is the idea that you must "close" empty tags with a trailing slash. If you are in the habit of typing <br /> instead of just <br>, you can thank XHTML — it was an XML syntax requirement that all tags must be closed.

By the 1970s all the major definitions of tribe were shown to be faulty. It was pointed out that the tribe-peasantry distinction did not hold in terms of any of the commonly advanced criteria: size, isolation, religion, and means of livelihood. Some Indian “tribes” like Santhal, Gonds, and Bhils are very large and spread over extensive territory. Certain tribes like Munda, Hos and others have long since turned to settled agriculture, and even hunting gathering tribes, like the Birhors of Bihar employ specialised households to make baskets, press oil etc. It has also been pointed out in a number of cases, that in the absence of other alternatives, “castes” (or non-tribals) have turned to hunting and gathering.

The writer was flying his old Dakota aero plane when he saw the black clouds. He was lost in the storm. Suddenly, he saw a black aero plane by his side, which had no lights, on its wings.
The pilot instructed the writer to follow as he had lost the way. He obeyed him like a child. He was very happy to follow him. After some time the pilot of another plane started to land. The writer followed him blindly through the storm and came out of the clouds. He saw the lights of the runway and landed safely.

F1 (also called first filial generation) are offspring produced by crossing traits of parents and F2 (also called second filial generation) are offspring produced by crossing of traits of offspring produced in F1 generation.
Dominant trait: The trait which can express its effect over contrasting trait is called a dominant trait. It is expressed even in the presence of one copy of an allele for a particular character in the gene, i.e., it is expressed in the heterozygous condition.
Example: Yy represents dominant trait for yellow seed colour. Seed is yellow even when single copy is dominant allele Y is present.
Recessive trait: The trait which cannot express its effect over contrasting trait or which gets suppressed by the contrasting trait is called a recessive trait. It is expressed only when two copies of an allele for a particular character in the gene are present, i.e., it is expressed in the homozygous condition and in the absence of corresponding dominant trait.
Example: yy shows recessive trait for green seed colour. It is expressed only when two copies of recessive allele yy is present.

- Primary roots bear lateral roots of several orders that are referred to as secondary, tertiary roots, etc.
- The primary roots and its branches constitute the tap root system. Example- mustard.
- In monocotyledonous plants, the primary root is short lived and is replaced by a large number of roots originate from the base of the stem and constitute the fibrous root system. Example- wheat plant
- Roots arise from parts of the plant other than the radicle and are called adventitious roots. Example- grass, banyan tree
