Yes it is true that nature has power to lift our mood even when we are highly despondent. In the poem, the poet was very sad. He was thinking that the whole day would go waste. He stood under a hemlock tree which is covered with snow. Suddenly a crow came and he sit on the tree. The movement of crow showered the snow flakes on poet. There was a sudden change in his mood. This simple happening gladden his mood and he cherish. At last he became that at least a part of day was saved from being waste.
