Dr.N.Abinayasivamala N 4 years, 6 months ago (9660229)

10th of May was, a day of freedom for South Africa and there was huge gathering of international leaders and dignitaries. Inauguration ceremony or swearing in ceremony was held in Union Building in Pretoria and first non-racial government took the charge. elson Mandela gave speech on the victory for justice, peace and human dignity.anela pledged to liberate his people from poverty, suffering and discrimination.A colorful show by jets and helicopters to show military’s loyalty took place.Singing of two national anthems was done-the old ‘Nkosi Sikelel’ by the whites and the new ‘Die stem’ by the blacks.new system that recognized the rights and freedoms of all people was formed.Mandela remembered and thanked the people who sacrificed their lives for the freedom. Salutation to some great freedom fighters – Oliver Tambo, Walter Sisulu, Chief Luthuli, Yusuf Dadoo and others.Mandela said in speech that a country is rich because of its people not because of the minerals. Courage is not the absence of fear but the victory over it. People should love others and not hate them due to color or religion. Love comes naturally not by force, which is the natural goodness. He also stated that a man should try to make a balance between his duties – duty to his family and duty to his community and country. A black person was treated badly and not allowed to perform his duties.According to Mandela, freedom has many aspects like – for a kid it is to run and play, for adult it is to fulfil the need of his own and his family. Real freedom means equal rights for everyone.Nelson Mandela joined African National Congress (ANC). He desired for people to live with dignity and respect. He wanted the oppressor and the oppressed to be liberated.

an equilateral triangle is a triangle in which all three sides have the same length. In the familiar Euclidean geometry, an equilateral triangle is also equiangular; that is, all three internal angles are also congruent to each other and are each 60°.

Parents are a great gift in ones life. I cannot imagine my life without them. They are very loving and care for me always. My father is Sanjay Pal (write your own father's name) and my mother is Sarbani Devi (write your own mother's name). My father is an architect and is a great designer. He is a very kind and hardworking person. He loves me very much and takes care of all my needs. Sometimes he brings beautiful gifts for me. He takes me out and fills my life with happiness and joy. He even teaches me at home and helps me complete my homework. My mother is a homemaker and is very caring too. She takes great care of the house and cooks tasty food for all of us. She takes me to school in the morning and to the park in the evening. She tells me interesting stories at bedtime. I am very dear to my parents. I love and respect them very much too. I do not know what to do without my parents. When I grow up I too will take care of them.

Management does not meet the exact criteria of a profession. On comparing the features of the profession with the features of management it is found that there are so many features of a profession which are not present in management like

  • Restricted entry: The entry to a profession is restricted in an examination or a degree like a person can practice as a lawyer if he has a degree of LLB but in management, no legal restriction is there to appoint a manager as per educational qualification.
  • Existence of ethical code: For every profession, there are some rules and obligation which are binding all the professional of that profession but in management, there is no ethical code which abides the managers.

So we can say that presently management cannot be recognized as a full-fledged profession. Management is on the path of becoming a profession. In future, it may be considered as a profession.

Ncert Sollutions 4 years, 6 months ago (11553953)

Profession means an occupation for which specialized knowledge and skills are required and entry is restricted. The main features of profession are as follows: (1) Well defined body of knowledge: All the professions are based on well defined body of Knowledge. (2) Restricted Entry: The entry in every profession is restricted through examination or some minimum educational qualifications. (3) Professional Associations: All professions are affiliated to a professional association which regulates entry and frames code of conduct relating to the profession. (4) Ethical code of conduct: All professions are bound by a code of conduct which guides the behavior of it's members. (5) Service Motive: The main aim of a profession is to serve it's clients. Management does not fulfill all the features of a profession and thus it is not a full-fledged profession like doctor, lawyer, etc., but very soon it will be recognized as full-fledged profession.
