दिनांक : x x मई, 20XX दिल्ली नगर निगम टॉउन हॉल, दिल्ली-xxxxx मान्यवर विषय : सड़क की मरम्मत मैं xxxxx xxxxxx क्षेत्र का निवासी हूँ। मैं इस पत्र द्वारा आपका ध्यान अपने क्षेत्र की सड़क की दुर्दशा की ओर आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ। लगभग एक माह पूर्व नगर निगम के सड़क विभाग के कर्मचारियों ने हमारे क्षेत्र की सड़कों की खुदाई की थी। सभी को आशा थी कि सड़क को बेहतर बनाने तथा चौड़ी करने के लिए ऐसा किया जा रहा है। कर्मचारी सड़क खोदकर चले गए। उनके जाने के दो सप्ताह बाद ही क्षेत्र के निवासियों ने इस समस्या की ओर क्षेत्रीय इंजीनियर महोदय का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया। उन्होंने मौखिक रूप से आश्वासन दिया, मगर कोई ठोस कार्यवाही नहीं की गई। तत्पश्चात् उनसे कई बार बातचीत की तथा लिखित में शिकायत की, पर उससे भी कोई लाभ न हुआ। विवश होकर आपका द्वार खटखटाना पड़ा। सड़क निर्माण विभाग के कर्मचारियों के द्वारा सड़कों की खुदाई किए जाने के कारण सड़क के दोनों ओर गड्ढे हो गए हैं, जिससे यातायात में बहुत बाधा पहुँचती है। वर्षा ऋतु आने वाली है। वर्षा ऋतु में इन गड्ढों में पानी भरने से मच्छरों का प्रकोप बढ़ने की पूरी संभावना है। यदि वर्षा से पूर्व सड़क की मरम्मत न कराई गई, इन गड्ढों को न भरा गया, तो इस क्षेत्र में मलेरिया फैल सकता है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि अपने अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को खुदी हुई सड़क की तुरंत मरम्मत करने के निर्देश देकर अनुगृहीत करें। आपकी इस कृपा के लिए समूचा क्षेत्र आपका आभारी होगा। भवदीय नाम -xxxxx पता -xxxxx दिनांक -xxxxx

अधिशासी अभियंता (सड़क निर्माण विभाग) दिनांक- रामनगर दिल्ली (सदर बाजार) मान्यवर विषय- सड़क की मरम्मत मैं रामनगर की वासी आपको यह पत्र लिखकर सूचित करती हूं । भारी वर्षा की वजह से सड़क में गड्ढे हो चुके हैं जिसकी वजह से रात में चलती हुई गाड़ियां ठोकर खाकर गिर जाती है और उनका एक्सीडेंट हो जाता है। कोई कोई तो गड्ढे इतने गहरे हो गए हैं जिसकी वजह से आने जाने में दिक्कत होती है। रात में आने के लिए बहुत कठिनाई होती है। और तो और सड़कों पर रोशनी भी नहीं रहती जिसकी वजह से हम गड्ढे में गिर जाती है। लगभग 1 माह पूर्व सड़क निगम वाले वासी आए थे जिन्होंने साड़ी सड़क तोड़ दी थी हमें लग रहा था कि सड़क अच्छी और छोटी बनेगी पर ऐसा ना हुआ वह वापस आए नहीं सड़क सड़क पूरी तरह से टूटी हुई थी और बारिश की वजह से उसमें गड्ढे और हो गए जिसकी वजह से कठिनाइयां होती है। आशा है कि आपको मेरी बात समझ आ रही हो कि कृपया करके आप हमारे नगर में सड़क बनाने के लिए कर्मचारी भेज दीजिए। रामनगर (अपना नाम) दिनांक
