Fragmentation Regeneration
Organisms that are fragmented result in each fragment growing into an individual organism Regeneration occurs when an organism only regrows a lost limb or any other part of the body.
A new individual emerges from each fragment No new organisms are formed
Only a few organisms can fragment and form new individuals All organisms exhibit the ability to regenerate (Only to some degree)
Fragmentation is observed in organisms such as flatworms and sponges Examples of regeneration include regrowing a lost limb, such as the tail of a lizard. (Please note: Most lizards can lose their tails and then have them grow back. But if they lose their forelimb or hindlimb, it will not regrow)

I couldn't recognise Matilda at all. I wish she had told me the truth about the necklace, which she didn't. I feel so sorry for her. The poor lady had to go through so much just for the sake of one artificial necklace worth 400 francs. I am surprised she hid this all from me fearing I would demand the real price of the necklace from her. Oh! I wish she should have at least spoken to me once, so that I could have got her out of this predicament. My innocent friend, Matilda, whom I love so dearly, had to go through this pain of having lost my necklace in the ball. She during this course of life has become a much tougher person. She no longer is that sweet face of woman she used to be. It clearly pains to see her like this. I would like to help her.

Yes, definitely democracy is a better form of government than any other form of government because of the following reasons

Rupak Tala (rupak tal) is a popular tala in Hindustani music that is common in Bhajans and Geets.[1] It has seven matras (beats) in three vibhags (divisions). Unlike the popular Tintal, the vibhags of Rupak Tala are not of equal length. Also, both the khali and sam of Rupak Tala fall on the first matra.

There a numerous examples of Rupak Tala that differ based upon the instrument used. The following examples apply for the tabla.

Theka

The most common theka for Rupak tala contains the bols 'Tin', 'Na', and 'Dhin' (the transliteration of these bols may differ quite a lot among individuals). This theka is composed in the following manner

Prakars are fairly open to the individual performer's flair. That being said, however, the following is an example of three common Rupak Tala prakars.

Dhamar is one of the talas used in Hindustani classical music from the Indian subcontinent. It is associated with the dhrupad style and typically played on the pakhawaj.

A song in dhrupad style set to dhamar tala is also called a dhamar. The text of a dhamar concerns the antics of Krishna teasing the milkmaids during the Holi (hori) Spring Festival of colours. It is considered a relatively light, gentle, and romantic musical form.

There are two immune response.
