Hana’s character
Hana is an epitome of a loving, dedicated and caring wife. She always has love and affection in her heart for Sadao. In spite of being married for so many years, she is still the same loving wife. She often assists Sadao in her medical operations as she helped him with anesthetics while operating Tom. She loves her family. She gets scared when a man in uniform appears at the gate. She is also a good-hearted woman as she also wished Tom to be saved. She is quite hardworking. When Yumi, the nurse refuses to wash Tom, she does it herself. When the servants leave Sadao’s home in protest, she does all the chores herself. However, she is not as courageous as Sadao.

GDP (gross domestic product) at market price = value of output in an economy in the particular year – intermediate consumption at factor cost = GDP at market price – depreciation + NFIA (net factor income from abroad) – net indirect taxes. The market value of all finished goods + the market value of all finished services - the depreciation of those goods and services = net national product. The gross national product - depreciation = net national product.

tRNA is called an adapter molecule because it attaches itself via initiation and elongation factors to the ribosome- mRNA complex which facilitates the incorporation of the correct amino acid to the growing polypeptide chain by its specific anticodon to the mRNA codon.
Francis Crick suggested that each amino acid has specific "adapter", a molecule which recognizes specific piece of DNA. Assembly of amino acids is determined by a recognition between the adaptor and DNA molecule which serves as the informational template.
