Planning is a continuous process because: (a) A plan is prepared for a particular period. Hence, there is need for a new plan after the expiry of that period. (b) In case of any discrepancy plans are to be revised. (c) In case of rapid changes in the business environment plans are to be revised. Continuous planning is an approach to planning where static annual or bi-annual plans are replaced with a continually updated plan, which is revised every time an internal or external event (such as a shift in priorities, an unexpected delay in a given program or a change in the business environment) occurs.

Territorial disputes over the Kashmir region sparked two of the three major Indo-Pakistani wars in 1947 and 1965, and a limited war in 1999. Although both countries have maintained a fragile cease-fire since 2003, they regularly exchange fire across the contested border, known as the Line of Control. The Indian government blamed separatists and Lashkar-e-Taiba, a Pakistan-based militant group, for stoking the 2010 protests. The 2016 Kashmir unrest erupted after killing of a Hizbul Mujahideen militant, Burhan Wani, by Indian security forces. Further unrest in the region erupted after the 2019 Pulwama attack.

In the presence of organic peroxides, bromides will take part in radical based reactions. Fission of the peroxide O-O linkage will induce a Br radical which behaves differently to Bromide, by adding to the less substituted side of the alkene (anti - markovnikov). HI and HCl do not do this for energetic reasons.
The addition of Cl and I radicals to the alkene in an anti-markovnikov fashion is an endothermic reaction and therefore unfavourable. Without the presence of peroxide, all hydrogen halides will add according to the markovnikov rule.
