The executors have two main sets of responsibilities:
- ensuring that your estate is dealt with according to the law; and
- carrying out your wishes as you have set them out in your will.
One of the first things that the executors have to do is to value your estate, by assessing your assets and liabilities. This is so that they can determine whether any inheritance tax is payable, because in most cases the inheritance tax must be paid before a grant of probate can be obtained. It is probate that gives them the permission to distribute your estate.
The role of a trustee of a will trust starts after the administration period of your estate. If assets in the estate are to be held on ongoing will trusts, the executors pass those assets to the trustees of the will trust, who then become the legal owners of the assets and manage them in accordance with the terms of the will trust.
This explains why a will that contains a trust makes reference to the ‘executors’ and then, later in the will, to the ‘trustees’. If the will creates a trust of the whole estate, or the residuary estate, then the residuary estate is usually referred to as the ‘trust fund’ in the will.

- The hindrances may be in respect of persons, place, time, risk, finance, etc.
- For example, transport removes the hindrances of place by moving goods from the places of production to the markets for sale, storage and warehousing activities removes the hindrance of time by facilitating holding of stocks of goods to be sold as and when required.
- This is how Auxiliaries facilitate movement, storage, financing, risk coverage and sales promotion of goods.

Tigris
The Tigris and Euphrates rivers of ancient Mesopotamia were the most important trade routes.
Mesopotamia encompasses the land between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers, both of which have their headwaters in the Taurus Mountains. Both rivers are fed by numerous tributaries, and the entire river system drains a vast mountainous region.

An ordinary right generally imposes a corresponding duty on another individual (and, state in some cases) but a fundamental right is a right which an individual possess against the state.Fundamental rights are protected against invasion by the executive, legislature and the judiciary. All fundamental rights are limitations on legislative power. Laws and executive actions which abridge or are in conflict with such rights are void and ineffective.Our constitution guarantees the right to move the Supreme Court for the enforcement of fundamental rights. Thus the remedy itself is a fundamental right. This distinguishes it from other rights.The Supreme Court is the guardian of fundamental rights.
Further, all constitution rights not fundamental rights e.g. right not to be subjected to taxation without authority of law (art. 265), right to property (art. 300a), and freedom of trade (art. 301). A fundamental right cannot be waived. An ordinary legal right can be waived by an individual

On the evening of the 2nd of January, a giant wave, that first looked like a dark cloud, crashed into the boat, badly damaging it. The giant waves threw the narrator into the water and back into the boat, which resulted in him fracturing his ribs and breaking his teeth. The boat was slowly sinking, as water entered through a hole made by the wave. To add to the chaos, a few essentials like two spare hand pumps, the forestay sail, the jib, the dinghies and the main anchor had been thrown overboard.
Besides the narrator, and his daughter Sue, who had a bump on her head, no one else got hurt during the ordeal. The narrator was able to seal the hole in the boat by screwing a canvas over it and with the help of the two men Larry and Herb, he was successfully able to pump out most of the water by the morning of January 3rd.

The average atomic mass of an element is the sum of the masses of its isotopes, each multiplied by its natural abundance (the decimal associated with percent of atoms of that element that are of a given isotope).
Average atomic mass = f1M1 + f2M2 + … + fnMn where f is the fraction representing the natural abundance of the isotope and M is the mass number (weight) of the isotope.

Gay-Lussac\'s Law of Combining Volumes:
When gases react, they do so in volumes which bear a simple ratio to one another, and to the volume of the gaseous product, provided that all the volumes are measured at the same temperature and pressure.
Example:
One volume of hydrogen when mixed with one volume of chlorine, gives two volumes of hydrogen chloride gas at the same temperature and pressure.
H2 + Cl2 ? 2HCl
Thus the ratio 1:1:2 is simple.

Given:
Percentage error in measurement of side of cube = 2 %
i.e., (Δa/a) × 100 = 2 %
To Find:
Percentage error in the volume and area of cube.
Calculation:
- Area of cube, A = a²
⇒ Percent error in area is given by
(ΔA/A) × 100 =2 (Δa/a) × 100
⇒ (ΔA/A) × 100 = 2 × 2
⇒ (ΔA/A) × 100 = 4 %
- Volume of cube, V = a³
⇒ Percent error in volume is given by
(ΔV/V) × 100 = 3 (Δa/a) × 100
⇒ (ΔV/V) × 100 = 3 × 2
⇒ (ΔV/V) × 100 = 6 %
- Thus, % error in area and volume is 4 % and 6 % respectively.

As one component of 80km/hr velocity is 40km/hr , then ;
cos (theta) = 40/80
= 1/2
(theta) = 60°
other component will be ;
cos (90-60) = x/80
80 × cos 30° = x
x = 80×√3/2
x = 40√3 km/hr

The phenomenon of war brings lot of suffering for human beings. It brings with it death and destruction. It kills the feelings of love and sympathy. The story "The Address" is based on this theme. During the war, the narrator's mother leaves all her valuable things with an acquaintance. The mother dies and many years later the narrator returns to Mrs Dorling to take back all her belongings. But the woman shows no sympathy for her. On the contrary, she behaves in a very hard hearted manner. She doesnot allow the girl to enter the house. She turns out to be a lady bereft of all human emotions. Thus we find that war leaves the world desolate not only on the physical level but also on the emotional and spiritual level.
