The coefficient of viscosity is a measure of resistance to flow of the fluid. ... Dynamic viscosity μ is used in Darcy's law to calculate the rate of fluid flow in porous media. The relationship between viscosity and flow rate defines the rheology of the fluid. The SI unit of viscosity coefficient (η) is Nm-2s or Nsm-2.  It is the ratio of the actual velocity to the theoretical velocity of a fluid jet.

The success of individual emperors dependedon their control of the army, and when thearmies were divided, the result usually was civil war. Except for one notorious year , when four emperorsmounted the throne in quick succession, the first two centuries werefree from civil war.

As such, the human–nature relationship goes beyond the extent to which an individual believes or feels they are part of nature. It can also be understood as, and inclusive of, our adaptive synergy with nature as well as our longstanding actions and experiences that connect us to nature. Although humans are part of nature, human activity is often understood as a separate category from other natural phenomena. The word nature is derived from the Latin word natura, or "essential qualities, innate disposition", and in ancient times, literally meant "birth".

Proportional representation (PR) characterizes electoral systems in which divisions in an electorate are reflected proportionately in the elected body. ... The essence of such systems is that all votes contribute to the result—not just a plurality, or a bare majority. Party-list proportional representation systems are a family of voting systems emphasizing proportional representation in elections in which multiple candidates are elected (e.g., elections to parliament) through allocations to an electoral list. The Knesset (Israel's unicameral parliament) is the country's legislative body. The Knesset took its name and fixed its membership at 120 from the Knesset Hagedolah (Great Assembly), the representative Jewish council convened in Jerusalem by Ezra and Nehemiah in the 5th century BCE.

Islamic decoration and architecture is very similar to the Byzantine Empire as well. The heavy use of marble and gold mosaics. The important of covering a woman's skin up and veiling her in Islam came directly from the Byzantine Empire. Poetry was also hugely impacted in Islam by Byzantine. These early caliphates, coupled with Muslim economics and trading, the Islamic Golden Age, and the Age of the Islamic Gunpowders, resulted in Islam's spread outwards from Mecca towards the Indian, Atlantic, and Pacific Oceans and the creation of the Muslim world. One reason was to spread the Islamic faith throughout the world. They were successful in the Sassanid region (and beyond), but only partially successful in the Byzantine Empire and later in Western Europe. Land grab and war booty. These were weak (Rome and Sassanids) and right for a grab.
