Renal abscess is treated with antibiotics given through the blood by IV (“intravenously”) and/or by draining the pus from the abscess. The draining can be done with surgery or by putting a tube (“catheter”) through a needle in the skin over the kidney (“percutaneous drainage”). If your kidneys stop working completely, your body fills with extra water and waste products. This condition is called uremia. Your hands or feet may swell. You will feel tired and weak because your body needs clean blood to function properly.

Accounting records business transactions and events which are of financial nature. Do you consider it a limitation of accounting? Answer: Yes, it is a limitation of accounting because there are events that have a vital bearing on the profitability of the firm and such events are ignored. One of the biggest limitations of accounting is that it cannot measure things/events that do not have a monetary value. If a certain factor, no matter how important, cannot be expressed in money it finds no place in accounting.

Crossing over occurs between prophase I and metaphase I and is the process where two homologous non-sister chromatids pair up with each other and exchange different segments of genetic material to form two recombinant chromosome sister chromatids. Crossing over (recombination) occurs during pachytene. Recombination involves mutual exchange of the corresponding segments of non-sister chromatids of homologous chromosomes and produces variations. It takes place by breakage and reunion of chromatid segments.

Merits:
1. Economical: It is economical, because we have not to collect all data. Instead of getting data from 5000 farmers, we get it from 50-100 only.
2. Less Time Consuming:As no of units is only a fraction of the total universe, time consumed is also a fraction of total time. Number of units is considerably small, hence the time.
3. Reliable: If sample is taken judiciously, the results are very reliable and accurate.
Demerits:
1. Absence of Being Representative: Methods, such as purposive sampling may not provide a sample, that is representative.
2. Wrong Conclusion: If the sample is not representative, the results will not be correct. These will lead to the wrong conclusions.
3. Small Universe: Sometimes universe is so small that proper samples cannot be taken not of it. Number of units are so less.

The referendum allows citizens, through the petition process, to refer acts of the Legislature to the ballot before they become law. The referendum also permits the Legislature itself to refer proposed legislation to the electorate for approval or rejection. For example, Australia defines 'referendum' as a vote to change the constitution, and 'plebiscite' as a vote that does not affect the constitution. In contrast, Ireland has only ever held one plebiscite, which was the vote to adopt its constitution, and every other vote has been called a referendum.
