Factors Influencing Nature and Movement of Ocean Currents:
1. Factors related to the earth’s rotation: Gravitational force and force of deflection.
2. Factors originating within the sea: Atmospheric pressure, winds, precipitation, evaporation and insolation.
3. Factors originating within the sea: Pressure gradient, temperature difference, salinity, density and melting of ice.
4. Factors modifying the ocean currents: Direction and shape of the coast, seasonal variations and bottom topography.

Individual supply schedule refers to a tabular statement showing various quantities of a commodity that a producer is willing to sell at various levels of price, during a given period of time. The supply curve plots the quantity that is willingly supplied at any given price. The individual supply curves can be summed by quantity provided at a specific price to achieve an aggregate supply curve. The supply curve is upward sloping in the short run.

- This city was founded by Mesapnanda about 2670 BCE. It was a well-known commercial centre and a port was destroyed by Elemites around 2200 BCE.
- Ur was re-established under Ur-Nammu in 2100 BCE.
- It was first excavated by British excavator J.E. Taylor in 1854-55.
- This city was designed without planning as the excavation depicted.
- Excavation was carried out on a large scale during 1920’s and 1930’s, under the supervision of Sir Leonard Woollsey.

(iii)At various times there have been demands to ban books, plays, films, or academic articles in research journals.
(iv)Let us think about this demand to ban books in the light of our discussion so far which sees freedom as ‘The making of choices,” Where is a distinction made between negative and positive liberty, where we recognise the need for justifiable constraints but there have to be supported by people procedures and important moral arguments.

A parabola is the set of all points in a plane that are equidistant from a fixed line and a fixed point (not on the line) in the plane.
Fixed line is called directrix of parabola
Fxed point F is called the focus.
A line through focus & perpendicular to directrix is called axis .
Point of intersection of parabola with axis is called vertex.
