The narrator felt that although the people of his clan were poverty stricken, yet they were honest. They were proud, honest, and they believed in right and wrong. None of them would take advantage of anybody in the world, let alone steal.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Many activities have to be performed for the successful conduct of business like productions, buying, selling, advertising etc. When the scale of business is small, the businessman used to perform these activities easily. However, with the enlargement of scale of business, this job has become tedious. Therefore, in order to overcome the difficulties connected with the performance of many activities and to get the benefit of specialization, these services are now obtained from outside the organization. This is called outsourcing of services or BPO.

Using arc elastic equation
(Q1 - Q2) (P1 + P2) ÷ (Q1 + Q2) (P1 - P2)
q1=700
q2=100
p1= 60
p2= 100
[600 × 160] ÷ [800 × 40] = 3

- What family and friends think or opine about entrepreneurship has a crucial role to play.
- Besides, the view of the family, their support and the society with regard to failure is also a very important factor.
- Family’s support is very essential as the entrepreneur needs to borrow initial finances from the family and friends.
- The family’s attitude towards education and other careers in fields like medicine, engineering, etc. are also likely to dominate the youth’s mindset towards entrepreneurship.
- A prospective bridegroom can also become a deciding factor, promoting or inhibiting entrepreneurship.

The moment of inertia of a sphere expression is obtained in two ways.
- First, we take the solid sphere and slice it up into infinitesimally thin solid cylinders.
- Then we have to sum the moments of exceedingly small thin disks in a given axis from left to right.
We will look and understand the derivation below.
First, we take the moment of inertia of a disc that is thin. It is given as;
I = ½ MR2
In this case, we write it as;
dI (infinitesimally moment of inertia element) = ½ r2dm
Find the dm and dv using;
dm = p dV
p = moment of a thin disk of mass dm
dv = expressing mass dm in terms of density and volume
dV = π r2 dx
Now we replace dV into dm. We get;
dm = p π r2 dx
And finally, we replace dm with dI.
dI = ½ p π r4 dx
The next step involves adding x to the equation. If we look at the diagram we see that r, R and x forms a triangle. Now we will use Pythagoras theorem which gives us;
r2 = R2 – x2
Now if we substitute the values we get;
dI = ½ p π (R2 – x2)2 dx
This leads to:
I = ½ p π -R∫R (R2 – x2)2 dx
After integration and expanding we get;
I = ½ pπ 8/15 R5
Additionally, we have to find the density as well. For that we use;
p = m / V
p = m / m/v πR3
If we substitute all the values;
I = 8/15 [m / m/v πR3 ] R5
I = ⅖ MR2

Dear Ramesh
You will be grieved to know that the grand old lady of our family is no more in this world. She breathed her last on last Sunday. She died just three days after I returned from Germany. Actually, she overstrained herself. She gathered all the ladies of the neighbourhood in the evening on the day of my arrival. She continued thumping an old drum singing the homecoming of warriors. That day she was so much excited that she forgot even to pray. The next morning she fell ill. She knew that her end was near. She lay peacefully in bed. She was praying and telling her beads. Her lips stopped and the rosary fell from her lifeless hands. She was dead. So ended the life-history of a great and noble soul.
A strange thing happened. Hundreds of sparrows sat scattered over the floor near her dead body. There was no chirruping. The grandmother used to feed them everyday in the afternoon. My mother broke some bread into little crumbs. She threw the crumbs to them. They took no notice of the bread. The moment the corpse was carried off, the sparrows flew away quietly.
Yours sincerely
Khushwant Singh

The earth’s lithosphere is composed of seven or eight major plates and many minor plates. The lithosphere is a rigid outermost shell of earth and is broken up into tectonic plates. When these plates meet, their relative motion determines the type of boundary like convergent, divergent, or transform.
Volcanic activity, earthquakes, mountain-building, and oceanic trench formation occur along these plate boundaries. The relative movement of the plates typically ranges from zero to 100 mm annually.

The prophase I of meiosis occurs in the following stages:
1. Leptotene- This phase is the start of prophase-I. It is marked by the condensation of the chromosomes.
2. Zygotene- In this phase the homologous chromosomes start pairing up, called the synapsis. The synaptonemal complex starts building up. This complex is required to hold the homologous chromosomes at a place close to each other. Bivalent chromosomes are visible at this stage.
3. Pachytene- In this stage, this non-sister chromatids of homologous chromosomes exchange their parts, the process is called the crossing over. The attachment point of the crossing-over of the non-sister chromatids is called chiasma.
4. Diplotene- The crossing-over process is completed by this stage. The homologous chromosomes remain attched at the point of chiasma.
5. Diakinesis- The homologous chromosomes start to separate and synaptonemal complex disappears. The nuclear membrane also disappears.

Let u & v be the velocity of the two trains named A & B.
While overtaking the relative velocity of train A with respect to B = u - v.
While crossing, the relative velocity of train A with respect to B = u + v.
Total distance to be travelled by Train A while crossing = 100 + 100 = 200.
So,
20 = 200 ÷ u-v
=> u - v = 10....1)
Also,
10 = 200 ÷ u + v
=> u + v = 20.......2)
On solving the equation 1 & 2, we get;
u = 15 M/S of the train A / First Train.
v= 5 M/S of the train B / Second Train.
