A price ceiling is a government-imposed price control or limit on how high a price is charged for a product. Governments intend price ceilings to protect consumers from conditions that could make necessary commodities unattainable. It is the legislated or government imposed maximum level of price that can be charged by the seller. Since price ceiling is lower than the equilibrium price thus the imposition of the price ceiling leads to excess demand.
The following are the consequences and effects of price ceiling:
1) An effective price ceiling will lower the price of a good, which decreases the producer surplus. The effective price ceiling will also decrease the price for consumers, but any benefit gained from that will be minimized by the decreased sales due to the drop in supply caused by the lower price.
2) If a ceiling is to be imposed for a long period of time, a government may need to ration the good to ensure availability for the greatest number of consumers.
3) Prolonged shortages caused by price ceilings can create black markets for that good.
4) Due to artificially lowering the price, the demand becomes comparatively higher than the supply. This leads to the emergence of the problem of excess demand.

Necessity of Two Houses:
1. Rajya Sabha reflects a federal character by representing the units of the Union. While, Lok Sabha represents spirit of people.
2. Both Houses plays positive role in matters of Legislations.
3. They check on abuses of democracy in their own defined jurisdictions.
4. Two houses checks the tendency of Government to take populist measures under an unstable political Scenario.
5. Rajya Sabha also poses a moral authority over a care taker government (when LS dissolves)
6. Two vetoes (from two houses) on the matter of policies of Government give Democracy wider scope to become healthier.
7. Second Chamber members are much different from Elected Member of Lok Sabha. Most of RS members are experts in their field, like businessmen, historians, journalist, actors, law expert, etc they helps in ushering and presenting aspirations of all kind freedoms provided by constitution of India in the parliament
The emergency situation when Lok Sabha is dissolved, only Rajya Sabha can take vital decisions in interest of nation and States. Example Kargil War(1999).

The ideal gas equation is,
PV = nRT
where, P= pressure of the gas; V=volume of the gas; n= Number of Moles; T=Absolute temperature; R=Ideal Gas constant also known as Boltzmann Constant = 0.082057 L atm K-1 mol-1.
Using this equation, the study of any gas is possible under assumptions of STP conditions and subjecting the gas to reasonable restrictions to make it behave similarly to an Ideal gas.

Cytokinesis is the physical process of cell division, which divides the cytoplasm of a parental cell into two daughter cells. It occurs concurrently with two types of nuclear division called mitosis and meiosis, which occur in animal cells.
During cytokinesis in plants, a cell plate is formed by the plant cells in the middle part of the cells.
Then vesicles containing cell wall matter are released that from the cell plates by fusing at the equatorial region.
The plate starts as a network of fusion tubes, which then turns into a tubule vesicular network after additional component join it during the process.

Taplow is a teenager, a lower fifth grade student of science. He is a student of Mr. Crocker-Harris. His conversation with Frank gives a wide view of his character and also the character of Crocker-Harris. It tells about his likes and dislikes. He wants to specialise in the subject of Science, h dislikes Arts.He has a strange attitude towards Crocker-Harris. He presents his views about the latter in a very frank and straight-forward manner.
He has to stay behind even on the last day of the school. Mr. Crocker-Harris has given him extra work to do because he had been ill for a day during the week and missed the class. It is already very late. Mr. Crocker-Harris has not come yet. But Taplow is afraid of Crocker. He dare not leave the class until Crocker comes. Although he is afraid of Crocker, he doesn’t dislike him. He laughs at Crocker’s poor joke only out of respect. We can say that Taplow is a very obedient student.
