On 20th May, 1498 two years after he set sail from Lisbon, Portugal, Vasco da Gama arrived on the Western sea coast of India at Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala. Cytokinesis involves the division of the cytoplasm. The cytoplasmic division in the animal cell takes place by furrow formation while in plant cell it occurs by phragmoplast formation. It mainly takes place at the end of anaphase. The formation of cell plate completely separates the two daughter cells at the telophase.

The normal loss means loss which is inherited and can not be avoided. It should also be considered while valuing the closing stock.
or example: If a certain amount of oranges are consigned, some of them will be destroyed in loading and unloading whereas some of them will not be in a state to be sold. Suppose, 10,000 oranges were sent to the consignee at ₹30 per kg and freight of ₹60,000. It is known that there would be a normal loss of 10%.
Cost per kg = (300000 + 60000) / 9000 (i.e. 10000-10% of normal loss) = ₹40
If unsold quantity is 500 its value will be (500*40=20000).

- Private company: Section 3(1)(c) of the Companies Act says that a single person can form a company for any lawful purpose. It further describes OPCs as private companies.
- Single member: OPCs can have only one member or shareholder, unlike other private companies.
- Nominee: A unique feature of OPCs that separates it from other kinds of companies is that the sole member of the company has to mention a nominee while registering the company.
- No perpetual succession: Since there is only one member in an OPC, his death will result in the nominee choosing or rejecting to become its sole member. This does not happen in other companies as they follow the concept of perpetual succession.
- Minimum one director: OPCs need to have minimum one person (the member) as director. They can have a maximum of 15 directors.
- No minimum paid-up share capital: Companies Act, 2013 has not prescribed any amount as minimum paid-up capital for OPCs.
- Special privileges: OPCs enjoy several privileges and exemptions under the Companies Act that other kinds of companies do not possess.

No. the consumer can't be indifferent between the two.
If the consumer's preferences are monotonic, she cannot be indifferent between the combinations (10, 8) and (8, 6). Because, the first combination (10, 8) allows more of both the goods as compared to the second combination (8, 6). Implying that first combination offers higher level of satisfaction, and the consumer must prefer it to the other.
