Developmental characteristics during infancy: A new life comes into existence, this period extends upto the time when the child is two years old. The boys and girls do not differ in growth during infancy.
• During first year the increase in weight is proportionately greater than the increase in height. The proportion between various parts of the body are very odd. The general movements of infants are highly un-co¬ordinated because of immature condition of its nervous system. Much of child’s activity is of reflex type. The general response of the child are visual fixation on light, spontaneous eye movement, lip movement, knee jerk, shedding tears, sucking of fingers, frowning, sucking. Bones elongate more in first year.
• With the development of bones, muscles and nervous system, the child shows a co¬ordinated pattern of movement. Now, the child has learnt rolling, creeping, crawling, sitting, standing with aid or himself. Some may learn to run early than others. The child has learnt now how to walk and run. Before he is two years he can open boxes, insert pag, build tower with blocks, can jump, skip and bounce.
• In 2nd year he becomes more organized.
• During the next three years, the growth is even but has slowed down considerably in comparison to first two years. The bones now get harder. Now he needs no help. Physical activity comprises bouncing, going up the stairs, galloping, possessive and do not tolerate anybody interference upon his activities especially toys.

Ergogenic aids are the external influences that can be determined to enhance performance in sports. These includes mechanical aids, pharmacological aids, physiological aids, nutritional aids and psychological aids.
(i) Mechanical aids : It includes altitude training, Aqua training, uphill and downhill running, treadmills, weight training, clothing, Footwear, equipments etc. These are valid Ergogemic aids.
(ii) Pharmacological aids : It includes anabolic steroid, Beta Blocker, Caffeine, protein supplements, Sodium bicarbonate. These are banned by IOC in sports.
(iii) Physiological aids : It is like Acupuncture, Blood doping, creatine, Herbal medicines, Human Growth harmones, physiotherapy, sports massage, sauna etc. Many of these are banned by IOC in sports.
(iv) Nutritional aids : They are like Bicarbonate of soda, caffeine, creative, sports drinks. Many of these are banned by IOC in sports.
(v) Psychological Aids : These includes meditation, mootivation, cheering, Relaxation. Most of these are valid and applicable in sports.

Debit Note :This is referred to a note that is issued by the business to the other concerned parties. It represents the details and reasons for debiting the concerned party's account.
Example: Goods worth Rs 2,000 returned by the business to Mr. Ramesh (a supplier).
In this case, Ramesh's Account will be debited with Rs 2,000 as the goods purchased from him were returned to him. A issue of Debit Note in this case explains that Ramesh A/c has been debited with Rs 2,000 with explanation, i.e. due to the goods returned by the business.

Genetic industries are concerned mainly with producing - breeding or multiplying of certain species of plants or animals with the object of earning profits from their sale. Examples of these types are nurseries, forestry, cattle breeding and commercial kennels. Animal husbandry is one type of Genetic Industry.
