Accounting equation signifies that the asset of a business are always equal to the total of capital and liabilities. A business transaction will result in the change in either of the asset, liabilities or capital of the firm and even after the change the asset will be again equal to the total of capital and liabilities. if a business transaction results in the increase of assets, there will also be a corresponding increase in the amount of either capital or liabilities by the same amount.
Example-
Ram started business with rs 75000 as capital.
Ans- Asset=liability+capital
cash = liabilities+capital
75000= 0 + 75000

To make a pie chart, start by adding up all of your data points to get the total. Then, divide each data point by the total, which will tell you the percentage that each data point makes up of the total. Next, multiply each percentage by 360 to find the angle between that data point and the next lowest data point.

- However, in a specific sense, business refers to an occupation in which people regularly engage in activities related to purchase, production and/or sale of goods and services with a view to earning profits.
- The activity may consist of production or purchase of goods for sale, or exchange of goods or supply of services to satisfy the needs of other people.
- In every society people undertake various activities to satisfy their needs. These activities may be broadly classified into two groups — economic and non-economic.

area of quadrilateral ABCD = area of traingle ∆ABC + area of traingle ∆ADC
now use the formula,
area of ∆ = 1/2{x₁(y₂ - y₃ ) + x₂(y₃ - y₁) + x₃(y₁ - y₂)}
area of ∆ADC = 1/2 [ (-4) (-2 + 5) +(-4)( -5 - 5) + 5(5 + 2) ]
= 1/2 [ -4 × 3 + (-4) × (-10) + 5 × 7 ]
= 1/2 [ -12 + 40 + 35 ]
= 1/2 [ 28 + 35 ]
= 63/2 sq unit
again, area of ∆ABC = 1/2 [ -4 ( 7 + 5) + 0( -5 - 5) + 5 ( 5 - 7)]
= 1/2 [ -4 × 12 + 0 + 5 × -2 ]
= 1/2| [ -48 - 10]|
= 29 sq unit
now,
area of quadrilateral ABCD = 63/2 + 29
= 121/2 sq unit
