Bandi pratiyakshikaran ke dwara nyayalya(court) kisi arrested person(giraftaar vyakti) ko court ke saamne pesh krne ka aadesh deta h. Agar arrest illegally kiya gya ho ya reason unacceptable(a-santoshjanak) ho toh court arrested vyakti ko chhodne ka aadesh de sakta h.
