Well, Gerrard was the active and wise man , who always work by thinking and using the mind . He always considered as intelligent man The way he escaped from intruder was a clear sign of it.
While the intruder was originally the criminal who came to kill the Gerrard so that he could take his identity but the Gerrard took work with his mind as the result intruder was caught by the police.

Following are the differences between MOA and AOA:
- Nature: MOA is the charter of a company indicating the objects and conditions on which the company is granted incorporation. It defines nature of business, objects of capital, structure of the company. On the other hand, AOA specifies rules and regulations of the company which are observed in conducting its internal affairs.
- Contents : Contents of MOA basically specify areas of operations of the company beyond which it cannot go. Contents of AOA deal with internal matters, laws, by-laws of the company.
- Relationships defined : MOA defines external relationship i.e., the relationship between the company and the outsiders. AOA defines internal relationship i.e., the relationship between the company and its members.
- Status : MOA, being the charter or constitution of the company, is subordinate only to the Companies Act while AOA is subject to subordination to both the Companies Act and MOA.
- Violation : Any act of the company in violation of
MOA is ultra vires and void even if it is ratified by all members of the company. Any act of the company in violation of the AOA can be ratified by majority of members of the company

Conservation Laws
A conservation law is a hypothesis based on observation and experiments which cannot be proved. These can be verified via experiments.
Law of conservation of Energy
- According to the general Law of conservation of energy, the energies remain constant over time and convert from one form to another.
- The law of conservation of energy applies to the whole universe and it is believed that the total energy of the universe remains unchanged.
- Under identical conditions, the nature produces symmetric results at different time.
Law of conservation of Mass
This is a principle used in analysis of chemical reactions.
- A chemical reaction is basically a rearrangement of atoms among different molecules.
- If the total binding energy of the reacting molecules is less than the total binding energy of the product molecules, the difference appears as heat and the reaction is exothermic.
- The opposite is true for energy absorbing (endothermic) reactions.
- Since the atoms are merely rearranged but not destroyed, the total mass of the reactants is the same as the total mass of the products in a chemical reaction.
