Base equation : y = 1
Perpendicular equation : x = 1
Step-by-step explanation:
For better understanding of the solution see the attached figure :
The base RQ of the triangle will be parallel to x-axis so the equation will be : y = constant
But the coordinates of the hypotenuse side is given to be (-4,1) so the y-intercept will be same. Hence, the equation will be y = 1
Now, for the equation of perpendicular the line will be parallel to the y-axis and the intercept will be equal to the x-intercept of the point (1,3). Hence, the required equation of the perpendicular : x = 1

Mass percent is used as a way of expressing a concentration or a way of describing a component in a mixture. For a solution, the mass percent is expressed as the grams of solute divided by the grams of solution, then multiplied by 100 to get a percentage. The mass percent of solute in solution is 9.09 %.

The main difference between batch processing and multiprogramming is that batch processing allows multiple programs to execute with minimum human interactions while multiprogramming allows multiple programs to execute on a single processor system. Multi-Programmed Batch System: In multiprogramming, multiple programs (or jobs) of different users can be executed simultaneously (i.e. at the same time). The multiple jobs that have to be run simultaneously must be kept in main memory and the operating system must manage them properly. Batch systems can work offline so it makes less stress on processor. Processor consumes good time while processing that mean it knows which job to process next. In real time systems we don't have expectation time of how long the job is and what is estimated time to complete it.

The quantity demanded (qD) is a function of five factors—price, buyer income, the price of related goods, consumer tastes, and any consumer expectations of future supply and price. The law of demand states that, if all other factors remain equal, the higher the price of a good, the less people will demand that good. ... This means that the higher the price, the higher the quantity supplied. Producers supply more at a higher price because selling a higher quantity at a higher price increases revenue. The demand for a good depends on several factors, such as price of the good, perceived quality, advertising, income, confidence of consumers and changes in taste and fashion. ... It shows the quantity of a good consumers plan to buy at different prices
