In unicellular organisms, the cell is capable of performing the different life processes with the help of the different cellular organelles. The division of labour in multicellular organisms refers to the presence of different organ systems that are incharge of taking care of a particular life process. For example, the respiratory system, helps the body in obtaining oxygen from the air and supplying it to the rest of the body.

Pythagoras theorem states that “In a right-angled triangle, the square of the hypotenuse side is equal to the sum of squares of the other two sides“. The sides of this triangle have been named as Perpendicular, Base and Hypotenuse. Here, the hypotenuse is the longest side, as it is opposite to the angle 90°. The sides of a right triangle (say a, b and c) which have positive integer values, when squared, are put into an equation, also called a Pythagorean triple.
Consider the triangle
Where “a” is the perpendicular side,
“b” is the base,
“c” is the hypotenuse side.
According to the definition, the Pythagoras Theorem formula is given as:
| Hypotenuse2 = Perpendicular2 + Base2
c2 = a2 + b2 |

i) Temperature - The dark reactions of photosynthesis are enzymatic and hence temperature controlled. Though the light reactions are also temperature sensitive, they are affected to a much lesser extent. The C4 plants respond to higher temperatures and show higher rate of photosynthesis while C3 plants have a much lower temperature optimum.
The temperature optimum for photosynthesis of different plants also depends on the habitat that they are adapted to. Tropical plants have a higher temperature optimum than the plants adapted to temperate climates.
ii) Water - The effect of water as a factor is more through its effect on the plant, rather than directly on photosynthesis. Water stress causes stomata to close hence reducing CO2 availability. Besides, water stress also makes leaves wilt, thus reducing the surface area of the leaves and their metabolic activity as well.
iii) CO2 - CO2 is a vital raw material needed for photosynthesis.Increased amount of CO2 will increase the rate of photosynthesis to a certain limit, after which a further increase in its amount will no longer increase the rate any further. This is when the other factors necessary for photosynthesis, such as light, become "limiting reactants"; that is, those other factors also need to increase to bring about a further increase in the rate.

The process of deriving large crystals of pure substances from their solutions is known as crystallisation. It is a physical change. Crystals of salt are obtained by the evaporation of sea water.
Similarly crystals of copper sulphate can be obtained by adding copper sulphate powder to the boiling solution of water and dilute sulphuric acid. This mixture when filtered and allowed to cool produces crystals of copper sulphate.

- Increase in Agricultural Production: Foodgrains in India saw a great rise in output. It was a remarkable increase. The biggest beneficiary of the plan was the Wheat Grain. The production of wheat increased to 55 million tonnes in 1990 from just 11 million tonnes in 1960.
- Increase in per Acre Yield: Not only did the Green Revolution increase the total agricultural output, it also increased the per hectare yield. In case of wheat, the per hectare yield increased from 850 kg/hectare to an incredible 2281 kg/hectare by 1990.
- Less Dependence on Imports: After the green revolution, India was finally on its way to self-sufficiency. There was now enough production for the population and to build a stock in case of emergencies. We did not need to import grains or depend on other countries for our food supply. In fact, India was able to start exporting its agricultural produce.
- Employment: It was feared that commercial farming would leave a lot of the labour force jobless. But on the other hand, we saw a rise in rural employment. This is because the supporting industries created employment opportunities. Irrigation, transportation, food processing, marketing all created new jobs for the workforce.
- A Benefit to the Farmers: The Green Revolution majorly benefited the farmers. Their income saw a significant raise. Not only were they surviving, they were prospering. It enabled them to shift to commercial farming from only sustenance farming.

Franz was a student in one of the schools in the districts of Alsace. Having a poor family set up, the boy was often asked to work in some mill for earning some money. But the family could not pay due attention towards his education, so the boy loved outside environment and wanted to enjoy it. In the school too, he often loved to work in the garden. He became fond of shirking from work and used to put off his learning as well as home task. But he was much scared of his teacher M. Hamel.
In addition to this, the boy had an acute sense of understanding, feeling, recognition and respect. Entering the school, he sensed unusualness and calmness there. He was much surprised at this and was rather troubled to know that his teacher was leaving them because of an order from Berlin had banned the teaching of French. During the writing period, he noticed sad expressions over the face of M. Hamel. When the teacher taught a lesson in grammar, it left an indelible impression on the boy. He felt that the teacher was going to pour everything in their minds. Then the teacher wrote on the blackboard ‘Long Live France’. The boy was deeply moved and he recognised his teacher for his worth. Thus Franz had all the senses of head and heart.

In the beginning, M. Hamel emerges as a very strict teacher who always keeps a ruler in his hand. Apparently, it appears that M. Hamel does not understand the tender feelings of his students. He seems to be a typically hard task-master. But when he teaches his last lesson, the sensitive and thought-provoking teacher within him comes out. He is a great patriot and wants his students and countrymen to be proud of their nation and language. He exhorts them to come forward and to keep their language and culture intact and alive. M. Hamel is a very patient fellow. He teaches even his last lesson with great patience. To sum up, M. Hamel is a perfect teacher.

Lysosomes can be termed as waste disposal system of the cell. For almost all type of organic materials they contain digestive enzymes. For example, when cell gets damaged, lysosome may burst and the enzymes digest their own cell. Therefore lysosomes are known as the Suicidal bags of a cell or we can say that they posses different kind of hydrolases on release of these enzymes that cause death of cell.
