Following is the feature of Business Risk depicted by the given statement:
Risk is an essential part of every business- Risk is an integral part of every business whether it is a small business or a big business. The volume of risk varies from firm to firm. A vigilant organisation may reduce this volume of risk but cannot escape from it.

Mantri is a word of Sanskrit origin (meaning sage, i.e. the "person who thinks and says" in that language, cf. Mantra), and it is used for a variety of public offices, from fairly humble to ministerial in rank. The term was used in various Asian cultures and eventually was used by early European traders. The term also forms part of a number of compounds. It is the root of the English word mandarin, for a bureaucrat of the Chinese empire. The word Mantri is often used to mean 'Minister' in Hindi as well as in many other Indian languages, several variations such as Mukhyamantri (chief minister) and Pradhanmantri (prime minister) are also used.

Given,
α and ß are the zeroes of polynomial x² - px + q.
In this quadratic equation,
Coefficient of x² ( a ) = 1
Coefficient of x( b ) = -p
Constant term ( c ) = q.
We have,
⇒ Sum of zeroes = -b/a
⇒ α + ß = - ( - p ) / 1
∴ α + ß = p.
⇒ Product of zeroes = c/a
⇒ αß = q/1 = q
Now,
⇒ ( α + ß )² = α² + ß² + 2 αß
⇒ ( p )² = α² + ß² + 2 q
⇒ p² = α² + ß² + 2 q
∴ α² + ß² = p² - 2q

The first and the most beautiful stage is the time when both lived in the village.
Author's parents had shifted to the city and the child was left behind in the village under the care and protection of his grandmother.
Both spent their time together, never leaving each other's side .
The grandmother paid all attention to him and looked after his needs.
Not only she helps him getting ready for school, she would also accommpony him there and help in his homework too.
On the way, she feeds the village dogs with stale chappatis.
The second stage of their relationship begins when the author joins an English school in the city.
The author now started to learn English, western science, and even music.
The grandmother could no longer accommpony him; nor could help him in studies.
Actually the second stage was the turning point in their life.
In the third stage, the conditions of their relationship got worsened when the author went to the university and was given a separate room in the house.
Until now, both got a lot of opportunity to talk as they shared the same room.
But the speration of rooms broken the common link of relationship.
They could hardly meet or talk to each other now.
Somehow, poor grandmother accepted her seculsion quietly and busied herself with her spinning wheel and feeding house sparrows.

The creation of Linguistic States was the first and a major test for democratic politics in our country. In 1947, the boundaries of several old States of India were changed in order to create new States. This was done to ensure that people who spoke the same language lived in the same State. Some States were created not on the basis of language but to recognise differences based on culture, ethnicity or geography. These include States like Nagaland, Uttarakhand and Jharkhand. When the demand for the formation of States on the basis of language was raised, some national leaders feared that it would lead to the disintegration of the country. The Central Government resisted linguistic States for some time. But the experience has shown that the formation of linguistic States has actually made the country, more united. It has also made administration easier.
