Large scale participation of women was an important feature of the Civil Disobedience Movement. During the Salt March, thousands of women came out of  their homes to listen to the speeches of Gandhi. women participated in protest marches, manufactured salt, and picketed foreign cloth and liquor shops. Many went to jail. While women of high caste families participated from urban areas, in rural areas they came from rich peasant households.

But this did not bring about any radical changes in the positin of women. For a long time the Congress was reluctant to allow women to hold any position of authority within the organisation.

Implementing the plan This is the step where other managerial functions also come into the picture. This step is concerned with putting the plan into action, i.e. doing what is required, e.g.. if there is a plan to increase production then more labour and more machinery will be required. This step would involve organising labour and purchase of machinery.

The most basic functions of a computer are to take input through the input input, process it using the CPU and produce an output through the output units. This process can be represented with the help of the Input – Process – Output cycle (IPO cycle). Every task hendled by the computer follows this cycle. The working of this cycle can be stated as follows:

i. Input is supplied through the input peripherals

ii. The supplied input is read and is then processed by the CPU

iii. The processed data is then output through the output devices

The Range is the difference between the lowest and highest values. Example: In {4, 6, 9, 3, 7} the lowest value is 3, and the highest is 9. So the range is 9 − 3 = 6. It is that simple!

In the given sum

Highest value = 67

Lowest value = 17

Range = Highest - Lowest value  67 - 17

Therefore rANGE =  50

Given:

Current ratio = 2.8 : 1

Quick ratio = ?

Working capital = 5,40,000

Inventory = 330,000

Current assets = ?

Current liabilities = ?

Computation:

Working capital = Current assets - Current Liabilities

5,40,000 = Current assets - Current Liabilities

Current assets = 5,40,000 + Current liabilities .............................. 1)

Current ratio = Current assets / Current liabilities
Substitute value from 1)
2.8 = (5,40,000 + Current liabilities) / Current liabilities

2.8 * Current liabilities = 5,40,000 + Current liabilities

1.8 * Current liabilities = 5,40,000

Current liabilities = 3,00,000

Current assets = 5,40,000 + Current liabilities

Current assets = 5,40,000 + 3,00,000

Current assets = 8,40,000

Quick ratio  = (Current assets - Stock) / Current liabilities

Quick ratio  = (8,40,000 - 3,30,000) / 3,00,000

Quick ratio  = 5,10,000 / 3,00,000

Quick ratio  = 1.7

Answer -
Current liabilities = 3,00,000
Current assets = 8,40,000
Quick ratio  = 1.7
