Word wrapping, also known as line breaking, is the process by which a particular line of text goes or wraps to the next available line automatically when it reaches the end of a text field or a page.

It facilitates the breakage of long words to be wrapped automatically to the next line, in order to fit the available window or width of a page.

Two options of text wrapping available in a word processing software are:

1. Tight

2.Square

The name ‘India’ was originated from Indus valley civilization.

Huns, Egyptians, Persians, and other countrymen used to enter India by crossing Indus river. The word Hindu originated from Sindhu. People from these countries used to pronounce S as H and so they called Sindhu as Hindu.

Egyptians and Romans used to call Indus as Sindhu valley and eastern part of it as India.

Lenin headed the Soviet Union till his death in 1924. Joseph Stalin took over the reins from him. There was acute shortage of grain in 1927. The government had fixed the price of grain but the peasants did not want to sell to the government at these prices.

Rich peasants or ‘kulaks’ were raided and grain stocks confiscated. Stalin enforced collectivization of farms as solution to grain shortage.

Peasants were forced to work in collective farms called ‘kolkhoz’ sharing the profits equally.

This was not entirely successful as the production of grain did not increase immediately. In 1930, the Soviet Union faced one of the worst famines in history leaving over 4 million people dead.

Rhizobium...,Azotobactor .?

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 1 month ago (2577571)

Option c: Azotobacter is a freelivig bacteria which is present in the soil. They are aerobic and can survive only if there is presence of oxygen. It helps in fixing nitrogen by converting atmospheric nitrogen to ammonia. Thus, it is an example of non-symbiotic nitrogen fixing bacteria. Therefore, this is the correct option.

Euclid's division lemma :

Let a and b be any two positive

integers .Then there exists two

unique whole numbers q and r

such that

a = bq + r ,

0 ≤ r < b

Now , 900 and 270 , start with the larger integer , that is 900. Apply the
Division lemma , we get
900 = 270 × 3 + 90
270 = 90 × 3 + 0
The remainder has now become zero . Now our procedure stops.
Since the divisor at this stage is 90.
Therefore ,
HCF ( 900 , 270 ) = 90

Insolation : The energy received by the earth in the form of waves of short wave-lengths is known as incoming radiation or in short insolation.

Factors that influence isolation :

1. The amount and the intensity of insolation vary during in a day, in a season and in a year. The major factors that cause these variations in insolation are rotation of the earth on its axis, the angle of inclination of sun's rays and the length of the day.

2. Other modifying factors are transparency of the atmosphere and the configuration of landmass in terms of its aspects.
