The story is about the girl who was suffering from pneumonia. She had a feeling that when the last leaf from a tree will fell down, she will die that time too. So her fiends were very keen to keep that last leaf intact with the tree. He braved the storm and painted a leaf on the wall to make her believe that the leaf is fighting and is still intact so she had to keep fighting too. So the title is absolutely correct

Bholi’s parents were quite ordinary parents. Her father, Ramlal was the Numberdar of his village. Ramlal had seven children — three sons and four daughters; He was quite prosperous; he was quite traditional in his outlook. He sent his son to city for higher education; but he arranged for his daughters when they were quite young. He was quite much worried about Bholi because of her looks and stuttering. Ramlal had to send Bholi to school because of pressure from Tehsildar.

Ramlal’s wife was very backward in thinking; she believed if the girls were allowed to go to schools, nobody would marry them.

Bholi needed special care, but neither of her parents did that; they just wanted to get her married. When marriage proposal from Bishamber came who was a widower and many years older than Bholi, they accepted the proposal without consulting Bholi.

The force of attraction or gravitational force depends (i)on the product of masses of th e bodies, and (ii) on the square of the distance between theem

Brijendra Kumar 5 years ago (3778872)

There exists a force of attraction between every two objects in this universe. This is the universal law of gravitation. This attractive force depends on * The product of the masses of the two objects and * The square of the distance between them

Sidharth Tiwari 5 years ago (10118844)

The law of gravitationstates that the force of attraction between any two objects is proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The law applies to objects anywhere in the universe. Such a law is said to beuniversal.

Yogita Ingle 5 years ago (2577571)

Newton’s Law of Universal Gravitation states that every particle attracts every other particle in the universe with a force that is directly proportional to the product of the masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

The universal gravitation equation thus takes the form

F∝m1m2/ r2

⇒F=G m1m2/ r2

The iron oxide has 69.9% iron and 30.1% dioxygen by mass.
Thus, 100 g of iron oxide contains 69.9 g iron and 30.1 g dioxygen.
The number of moles of iron present in 100 g of iron oxide are $$55.8/69.9=1.25$$. The number of moles of dioxygen present in 100 g of iron oxide are $$32/30.1=0.94$$. The ratio of the number of oxygen atoms to the number of carbon atoms present in one formula unit of iron oxide is $$1.252×0.94=1.5:1=3:2$$. Hence, the formula of the iron oxide is $$Fe2O3$$

Temperature is measure by a instrument called thermometer. Temperature of human boye is measured by clinical thermometer. The used to measure it is °C or °F.

Yogita Ingle 5 years ago (2577571)

Reading of thermometer and measuring of temperature:

 • Take a clinical thermometer and hold it horizontally with reading scale towards your eye.
 • Do not hold the thermometer from the bulb.
 • Rotate the thermometer slightly clockwise and anticlockwise. By doing this you will see a shiny thin silvery thread.
 • The end of the silvery thread shows the reading of temperature. If mercury lining ends at 37, the reading is 37°C.
 • Wash the bulb end of thermometer with an antiseptic solution.
 • Give two or three jerks slightly. By doing this the mercury level would fall. When it falls to 35°C or below, put it below the tongue and wait for one minute.
 • Take out the thermometer and read the temperature. Temperature would be near 37°C.
 • The normal body temperature is 37°C. This can differ from person to person.

Given ABCD is a rhombus.
Diagonals bisect each other perpendicularly.
Hence ∠BOC = 90°
Given ∠OCB = 40°
AD||BC and BD is the transversal
∴ ∠ADB = ∠DBC (Alternate angles)
Hence in right angled DBOC,
∠BOC + ∠OCB + ∠OBC = 180°
⇒ 90° + 40° + ∠OBC = 180°
⇒130° + ∠OBC = 180°
⇒ ∠OBC = 180° - 130° = 50°
But ∠OBC = ∠DBC
Therefore, ∠ADB = 50°
